Pile of Garbage as APP isnt available for download
I’ve just purchased a Sonos speaker, but it requires the Sonos app to set it up. However, the Sonos app is currently experiencing issues (five minutes of Googling was enough to confirm that), meaning it can’t be downloaded. As a result, the speaker is as useful as a pile of garbage, as it simply cannot be used.
I’m not sure how Sonos has such glowing reviews in the audio community when it has such fundamental issues like this.

Thank you for your feedback. The Sonos app was temporarily unavailable on the Apple app store but it has been restored and you should be able to download it and set up your speaker
Great bit of kit
Great bit of kit. The sound enhancement is just amazing through the tv. Also play my brennan hard drive CDs player through it and it's brilliant.

Terrible product with huge connectivity problems
Absolutely terrible products. I’ve spent thousands of pounds on surround sound system and it simply doesn’t work. The software is terrible. Stay well clear of these scammers. What a waste of money.

Best sound bar/surround sound system EVER
Best sound bar, woofer, and surround sound system I've ever owned in my 75-years on the planet. Better than my ONN system. Better than my JBL System. Even better than my very first sound system, JBL Lancing 77 speakers. What's more, they were a piece of cake to setup on our wifi system.

SONOS = THEIVES
I purchased 4 Sonos devices recently. The company did not honour their discounted price and charged me a higher amount. upon contacting sales support they said there was nothing they could do and said I could return the order. As I had already thrown the boxes away they said it would not be possible to refund. I have been robbed by sonos.

Some info about our soundbars and how they can be controlled:
The Sonos app is the primary controller for controlling their music playback and for altering their settings.
Soundbars can also be controlled by the TV that they are connected to which is why they can be controlled by your TV remote.
We do understand however why a separate remote is appealing and we will take your feedback onboard.
