I orderem a Funko Pop figure from this store and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The figure arrived in a box with no bubble wrap or proper protection at all. Inside the Funko Pop box, the transparent plastic insert that holds the figure in place was cracked, and pieces of plastic were loose and moving around inside the box.
I tried to contact the store about this issue. After some time and several emails, they finally replied and said that it’s “not really a problem” because the figure itself is not broken. That completely misses the point. The box is part of the product. Many collectors never take Funko Pops out of the box, and a damaged box looks bad and significantly lowers the collectible and resale value.
After that response, the store completely ignored my further emails and complaints. No solution, no compensation, no proper customer service. Because of the poor packaging and lack of support, I’m leaving this negative review. I would not recommend this store to collectors.
