They forgot a $1000 subwoofer, took forever to "investigate"

They forgot a $1000 subwoofer which they magically took out of the kit it's supposed to ship with, took almost an entire business week to "investigate" to ship out the new one, to finally ship it out with FedEx ground, and called me at 7:45am waking me up just to notify it was finally shipped. Infuriating

Beautiful sound

Fast shipping is a huge plus, speakers sound AMAZING! very easy to setup with the harness adapter, no need to splice into my factory wires! I love them.
