Keep miles away! My reviews are being deleted now for years!
They started scamming me two weeks after my husband suddenly passed away. Told me small repairs were needed, once the present tenants move out. I asked for pictures of before and after and to be informed of what repairs, and the costs. I did not receive any of the above. Instead, I was told the cost would be in the five figures, and the repairs had already been done! They also wanted another huge five figure amount because they threw away the furniture without my permission! After months of trying to reason with them, they said they wanted to be the middleman in letting out to another Estate agent and hence, I would pay them a commission. The other agent would need thousands to refresh the property, and would also charge their own commission.
I suspected something was up when they became quiet. Upon investigating, I found out they were renting out my property without having any intention of informing me, or paying me the rent!
They were banking on the fact that in my grief, I would be gullible and agree to their plans!
