Songoda is an organization that prides themselves on being anything but helpful or truthful to their audience. They participate in shady practices that in turn waste your time and money. They further try to suppress peoples opinions by deleting bad reviews on their own website along with reporting reviews here (3 times now). They recently started a whole scheme to move their base to Patreon as a "poor me" move, claiming Paypal was banning the selling of Minecraft Plugins and having an entire fake phone call with a "Paypal Rep" to cover their lie. There is a reason they are banned on McMarket and Spigot and you should ban their software from your server.

Their plugins are a 3/10 at best, the code is awful, the events that run behind the scenes are intrusive on your hardware and other plugins. The startup times due to their plugins continues to waste time. When attempting to get support you are met with lies and inexperienced support members that would rather blame your server and other plugins (offering songoda replacements) than fix their broken junk.

Lets get into the people behind Songoda, I have had personal experience with professionally working with / for Songoda along with being short time friends with one of the leaders. They would rather guilt trip and play victim than to be truthful to their community members.

By all means Brianna/Annie please report this review again because I will gladly show my gallery of screenshots just so this review can be read and my voice be heard.

Avoid Songoda, avoid their marketplace, and avoid those who choose to do business with them.

Hi, Bandit Heeler here - so just wanted to say a few things. First off, I have been a customer of Songoda for about 2 months. However, I have been a consumer of Songoda products for a few years. I recently became a patron of theirs. And I must say, the benefits outweigh the actual prices of their patron tiers, by far. If you want good hosting, become a patron of theirs and you’ll like them too. Granted, I have had a few, let’s say, sub-par experiences too, such as plugins not working and that sort of thing. But despite my various issues, they were resolved extraordinarily quickly, within about a week. (Coding issues and whatnot so they take a little bit of time.)

For some, issues may be a reason to rate poorly. But, I suggest give time for issues to be fixed and you will find Songoda wonderful people to work with. The founders are really lovely, and deserve some positive attention, so let’s give them some~ thanks for readin, y’all! ❤️🥰 Songoda rocks!

Songoda are one of the best plugin providers ever, They did have a run-in with some plugin developers and things exploded out of control, things were posted that were not 100% true. Don't believe everything you read as people lie. They offer some great services and have an active community. As for this PayPal thing that everyone keeps talking about well as I said above. The team at Songoda are nice, helpful, and kind.

Really fast support and a great community not toxic at all. The owner is pretty dope and very involved. They also keep their plugins updated unlike some other developers out there so if you do buy one from Songoda you can expect the best.

First of all, Great service. Not just towards the Songoda Plugins but to how friendly they are towards their creators and not taking a cut. I personally run my server with Songoda and have found no issues with them. Of course there may be the occasional bug but that's expected with products. Even professional software can have bugs in it. Not only is their quality of plugins great, but their support is great as well! Also to people complaining about you having to be a patreon, it's really worth it. Not only do you get all the Songoda plugins but you get hosting with 8GB of RAM! I would personally recommend this to my friends and will continue using their services! ^w^

Great group of dedicated people! Gone through a lot in their existence and they kept growing and developing more and more plugins! great team but needs more staff!

Paid reviews & removes negative ones, 0 morals, black-hat business practices such as scamming and misleading and horrible experience with her plugins. Songoda/Brianna is banned on SpigotMC and MCMarket for a reason. Had a developer review their code and it was obvious why the server was crashing. They are way better alternative to her plugins on SpigotMC.org (which she got banned from). Avoid plugins from Songoda/Brianna at all times!

The owner of the site is confirmed to be banned by PayPal.
Reason? Unknown to me, but it's most likely related to scam or similar. Person is also banned on several other sites and platforms and now tries to save face by claiming wrong facts like that "PayPal no longer accepts transactions related to Minecraft" which is completely wrong and got debunked by PayPal within a few minutes/hours, yet the claim remains.

I suggest to NOT support them in any way possible, financially or not.

Patreon money grab now. Developers claim to care about the community but they clearly don't. They have always tried to emphasize their patrion and finally did it. Want to keep support for plugins you already paid for? Well thats now $25 a month.

Website is terrible now, you have to pay $25 a month to keep a plugin? No thanks. Support has this undertone which is rude. Plugins literally take years to update. It used to be good untill everything became double the price, Why would i need the pay for feature I don't want just to get 1 plugin?

There`s too many badly coded plugin in this dev who make plugins.

Massively huge TPS issue, so many bugs, so many messy codings, support is non-existance, and I'm not sure if they fix the plugin or what.

To tell the truth, I regret spend money from purchasing their plugins.

Plugins are poorly coded and cause significant tps drops. All of their attention is focused on web design and nothing else.

Songoda have a big reputation of deleting bad reviews to make their plugins look good.

Take a look at the below 5 star ratings and how all of them were posted on the same day, if you click on all of the accounts, you can see that only 1 review was made on each account. These are their own people trying to make the website look good.

Stick to Spigot. Songoda are only in it for the money.

Some of the plugins can cause severe lag on the server, but nonetheless they are great and some don't. Songoda has good support but their coding for plugins needs to be a bit better.

I did pursues epic hopper from songoda. Work fin to begin with.
But after some time I notice 2 buggs.
I reported the first bugg and got answer they will fix that in the future…..
Then I reported the second bug that was a translation error where they had translated the placeholders as well and broken all placeholders. I pointed it out.
They told me a fix was on the way.
After 1 moth of waiting I ask them what the time frame was on the fix.
They deleted my tickets and made update removing all translations.

So there bug fixing is to remove the options thy promise.
I cannot recommend this developer. I recommend stay away from them there is plenty good plugins on spigot or mc market

The plugins are great, and any support that you may need is quick and thorough. Very helpful staff.

Songoda is an amazing service, their plugins are perfect. All their products are most likely the best you can ever find.

Songoda is one of the best stores to obtain awesome Minecraft resources. It is ran by a great team of people that helps out with pretty much any issue related to their resources and it is 100% all good quality.

I have never found such an amazing plugin development company in all of my Minecraft experience. Their plugins are wonderful, and if I ever have an issue they are always willing to help me correct it. They update their plugins in a timely manner, making it so that there is always bug fixes or even new things added to the plugins. They are very professional, quick, efficient, and always willing to help with any of my concerns. I definitely recommend them if you ever need any plugins for a Minecraft server.
