I purchased a mobile router and roof antenna from Solwise around a year ago and had some problems getting a new SIM card to work in it. I contacted Solwise who were brilliant and after trying to talk me through the process I returned it to them and they did the work themselves without charging me. I cannot speak high enough of their excellent customer support and I highly recommend them to any motorhomer who is looking to get improved Wi-Fi in their vans.

These guys are really good. I've bought a reasonable amount of kit from them over the years (antennae upgrades, adapters, etc) and (a) they are always super friendly - go the extra mile to help (b) offer really good technical support and (c) call you back / email when they do not have the answer straight away.

I bought a wireless bridge from Solwise FIVE years ago. They were great then, providing brilliant advice on the purchase and on setting it up. It worked perfectly and then I had scaffolding erected around my house and I had to remove one antenna. When I re-erected it, it I couldn't get it to work. Daniel from Solwise painstakingly tried during a long phone call to put me on the right track, but we couldn't configure it. I sent the devices back to Daniel and he reconfigured them and returned them so that I could just plug them in and they work. Unbelievable customer service!! A fantastic company, so knowledgeable and helpful. NEVER buy from anyone else they are AMAZING!

I misunderstood the description on the website when ordering a wifi bridge. Solwise sales people suspected this and took the trouble to check with me before processing the order. Regretfullly I had to cancel the order and they processed a refund without question or hesitation.
I would use them again if the opportunity arises.

I purchased a Rut 241 Router and Puc Aerial for my Camper in July 23 ( 15 months) Daniel from Solwise talked me through the connection process - very helpful. Recently I have had signal problems and again Daniel suggested returning the Router for testing, this I did and Daniel reports no problem and has returned the router to me free of charge ! Excellent Service/Advice and many thanks 5* Company

I have been using Solwise hardware for 9 years and I commend them for their after-sales service which stands out in today's world of useless call centres and chatbots.
I love their Envirotxt device. I use it to inform me if the shore power supply to our boat fails (which does happen sometimes). The boat has a freezer full of food and a set of batteries costing £7,000 to replace so this is one of the most vital pieces of equipment we have, and it works! I get a text telling me the shore power has failed and I can phone the marina to get it reconnected. This is better than all the alternatives which depend on using the boat's router, it's completely self-contained. I recommend it.

I will NEVER use any other company when purchasing wifi and comms equipment. I have been purchasing from Solwise now for at least 5 years and they are unbeatable. My last purchase was a wifi bridge in 2020. I'm not very technical and found it quite difficult to configure. Solwise spent over an hour on the phone until it was set up. And since then it has worked perfectly. I have never even had to reboot it once. Unbelievable. I have just purchased two more wireless access points from Solwise this morning. I sent an email over the weekend and by 9.30 this morning I had a phone call back FROM Daniel with some excellent recommendations, so I have just purchased two APs, confident that if I run into problems Solwise's unbeatable after sales support will get me out of trouble. I won't buy from anywhere else. They are excellent! UPDATE: 18/3/23: The two APs are installed and working perfectly. Once again, so glad I purchased from Solwise - I got stumped by the manual soon after trying the installation myself. A quick call to Solwise (no hold music to deal with) and Daniel patiently guided me through the whole process. Fantastic service, thanks again.

I'm mounting an antenna outside but it has to be bolted to a steel pole (long story - not important) so I needed to know the size of the mounting holes on a j-bracket. I emailed sales and asked the question expecting the usual - thanks for your enquiry we'll get back to you within 48 hours response, didn't work out like that, I got an answer with the info in.... 6 MINUTES! - thanks Louise you're a star.

My order arrived today and it's all good, couldn't possibly have asked for better service.

No prizes for guessing what will be the first place i'll look in future for techy bits.

Thes people are scammers. I built them the website they are using now, provided paid support for one month but they did not pay and lied all the way. I collaborated with Paul Stephenson, Dave & Louise. Paul accepted that he lied about requirements.

Don't fall for their lies!

I have an RUT 950 router, just out of guarantee, and it misbehaved-cutting all access to the internet.
A call to Solwise, who talked me through the procedure to recover the situation.
Faultless after sales support.

I bought a usbwifi patriot wi fi extender to use in my holiday caravan. The holiday park has wifi but only capable of accepting emails etc. On installing this extender which was easy the wi fi shot up to 144mbps allowing me to use all the facilities of a smart tv. I am so pleased and would highly recommend this item .

The person called to clarify the order. Firstly we could barely understand her (me and my colleague), secondly she hung up on me! Her attitude was really bad. The worst customer service I come across in a long time.

Have dealt with Solwise for 12 years. No problems and good prices if you get the trade discount. Good over the phone technical advice. 👍

Awful company to deal with. Dispatch faulty goods, refuse to accept return responsibility and offers to cover postage for a unit returned twice declined at later stage.

Technical dept useless, offer no assistance - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I placed an online order after 3 pm and they took around £7 for next day delivery - then dispatched the item around 3:35 the next day and the item will now only arrive three days later (item ordered on a Thursday so weekend in between).

I think it is despicable to take money for something that they cannot deliver on and more importantly, as they have taken the money, to process the order over 24 hours later.

I was recommended to approach them by a telephone engineer. I spoke to them to buy wi-fi network extenders. Advice was easy to understand, relaxed and friendly. Products chosen work well and I'd recommend them. It's good to avoid the behemoths of the industry and use these smaller, passionate specialists.

Very good technical support and good value for money in my opinion.

The kit is so easy to install. It comes with simple instructions and the staff are there to help if needed. John

I have been with Solwise for a number of years and always had good service and top quality equipment. The slight downside is the delivery time 2-3 days without pay extra. Overall still good.
