terrible client treatment . AVOID !
avoid this company.
after few month delay for delivery.
they could not find why, and I had to force into communication with them.
i discovered and after 3 month the parcel was sent back to them, cause there was a mistake in the postcode
They could have easily solve the problem with simple communication by phone or email that I did provide.
they blame me to make them loose time and say they were only going to refund when receiving package back !!
they charge for transport so they are responsible and should refund immediately.
completely illegal process.
also if you don’t create a client account which is not mandatory, you can’t receive an invoice! also illegal.
looks like it s a dropshipper with poor client support and no overlook on transport issues.
awfull experience / .. at the moment where I write this , no more communication from their side and no refund …avoid at all cost
