Horrible holiday return policy

Bought a pair of these for KY wife for Christmas in late November. Tried to return them on December 27 since they were narrow and didn't fit right. The company denied the return saying they have a 30 day return policy. It was day 32 for me. Really unacceptable to enforce this around the holidays.

Watch out for restocking fee with exchanges and returns

I recently ordered a pair of shoes that ended up being too small. I put an exchange request for a larger size and was told that there would be a "restocking fee" of $8. I felt this was unreasonable given my simple exchange request (especially as a first time buyer) and their already inflated prices. Ended up returning them and will not shop here again.

Fantastic new ownership and I love my shoes

I ordered from this company right as they apparently went under, and I never got my shoes (original Ibizas). I filed a credit card dispute and was refunded, and figured that was that. After the company was bought out, its new ownership sent me a credit for 1.5x the value of the shoes, so I reordered them and received them very quickly. I LOVE them--they are so comfortable and durable. Overall I think the new owners made the situation right and I'll be happy to order from Soludos again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM SOLUDOS THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a pair of shoes on April 2nd and after not hearing anything for a month an a half I reached out to the company where I was informed they had closed a month ago. I reached out to the transition team for a refund who told me they couldn’t issue a refund because the original company received the funds. I am disputing the charges now but DO NOT ORDER FROM SOLUDOS. Absolutely terrible service that steals your money.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 4/12. Today I receive an email stating they didn’t send my order and they cannot process a refund. Instead they will send me a coupon code for 100% plus 50% of the value of your unshipped orders (for you that is 229.50) as soon as the new site is up and running. Awful.

So very disappointed

So disappointed. I have ordered from Soludos at least twice in the past 2-3 years, and I always received my product in a timely fashion and liked their shoes a lot. I remember returning one pair once, and then went off without a hitch; I received a timely refund. This time, however, I placed an order on 4/12/23, my card was charged, and more than a month later it appears my order hasn't even shipped. Two emails to the company have gone completely unreplied to. I come here to find dozens of similar reviews from other upset customers in the past few months! If they are no longer operational, the site needs to come down.

Never received order

Never received order. Tried to email them 3 times with no response. There is no phone number on their website to call. Very disappointing. Luckily I used PayPal for the purchase and they gave me a refund.

They were going bankrupt and did not…

They were going bankrupt and did not disconnect their website… so dishonest. Still taking the money knowing that they will not fulfill the order. Ordered shoes 3 weeks ago, and still waiting for them. Customer service is nowhere to be seen. Time to file for a complaint.

Credit Card Charged with no order sent

My credit card was charged on April 3rd, multiple emails were sent inquiring about my order. April 24th and no email back and my order has not been sent out.

No excuse for treating customers like this

Same story as so many others: Soludos sent an order confirmation and charged my credit card on 3/29. The 8-10 business day shipping estimate came and went and they still hadn't even updated the order status. I sent multiple emails with no reply and ended up disputing the charge through my bank.

It's a shame--their espadrilles have been a summer staple for me, but I clearly won't shop with them again.

No customer service!

I love the shoes and have been a repeat client but I won’t shop here again. I have sent 4 emails requesting a return slip because their returns webpage is down and I still have yet to receive a response. There is no phone number listed to call. The returns webpage has been giving me an error every time I’ve checked it for the past 4 weeks. I finally contacted the BBB because the returns window is closing and I just want a refund. Beyond frustrated. Maybe someone will read this and actually check their help or info email boxes

Does this company still exist?

Does this company still exist? I placed an order for some sneakers on March 1 to take with me on vacation at the end of the month. My order was confirmed and I was charged immediately, but the email said to give 8-10 extra days for processing because of a high volume of orders.

By April 2, my order had not shipped, and I no longer needed the shoes since my vacation had passed and I had to go out and buy a different pair of walking shoes. I emailed the company on April 2 requesting to cancel the order and refund, and never received a response. After about 10 business days, I called their customer service lines only to find they have been disconnected. It’s April 14 and my order is still listed as confirmed, but has not shipped and there is no tracking information.

I am truly puzzled and wondering if the company could have gone out of business. If they have - why are they still advertising online and charging folks for orders that will never go out?

I paid with my credit card via PayPal and have submitted a ticket through PayPal, but if I cannot get a resolution there will have to go through my credit card company because Soludos is not responding.

Disappointed

Ordered a pair of shoes on 2/25 and haven't received them. I have emailed and even had Amazon reach out since I'd ordered through Amazon Pay. Most recently I contacted the BBB. If they are not longer in operation, then they need to take their site down. Such a shame to see such a reputable company become so dishonest and pathetic.

Since Soludos is under new ownership all customers have been encouraged to file a chargeback/dispute with their banking institution for a refund as the new owners did not receive funds for these orders.
