We booked through Do you Spain and advised we could pick up in the evening only to be called at 4:55pm to advise us they were closing at 5pm, fortunately we were in the area so managed to collect the van - the van was not in the best condition and it took 4 days to have the deposit paid back even though we were advised deposits are paid back within 48 hours

Regarding the deposit, refunds are processed depending on the bank, and in some cases may take a bit longer to appear.
We’re sorry if the vehicle condition did not fully meet your expectations and appreciate your comments, as they help us improve our service.
Excellent service.
Both pick up and drop off went quick and smooth without any problems. The shuttle came fast to the airport and departed right after dropping off the car.
Service was friendly and the car was new, clean and in good condition.

Inspection of car only after delivery
When picking up the car there was no person checking the car or showing us the car.
When returning there was a lady with a flashlight checking the car from top to bottom to find something and charge it to us. As result there was a tiny scratch that wasn't our fault, but still got charged to us...

At return, a detailed inspection is standard procedure for all rentals. Charges are applied only when new damage is identified. If you believe the charge was incorrect, we invite you to contact us directly so we can review the case and any photos or documentation together.

One of the best car rental companies I’ve used. Easy to book, quick service on arrival for pick up. They never asked me to take any photos or videos prior to taking the car as they did their own then asked me at the end if I had any or could get charged… luckily I never but I would recommend having your own evidence of the car. Very quick and easy day process
Solo rent was very direct and easy to book a car from. The process was very straightforward, the condition of the car was good and they returned my deposit same day I dropped off the car.

Avoid all seemed too good to be true
Avoid all seemed too good to be true. I arrived in the dark, car seemed OK. My fault I did not video properly. The car was the reported damaged scratches etc. The car had not been moved off my drive for the weekend.
