Solmer LTD Reviews 

I'm in the market for a pair of groove mounted drawer runners to replace an old pair on a kitchen drawer that have come apart and lost their ball bearings.

I sent a detailed e-mail, including photographs, to info "at sign" solmer.co.uk on 28/5/2026 asking for advice on what drawer runner I would need, and it's size, but didn't receive a reply. This e-mail address is published at the bottom of all their web pages on their website.

I then sent a message via their website contact form and, to the best of my knowledge, received a confirmatory message to indicate it was sent. No confirmation was issued to my e-mail address, though, so cannot provide the date of this message. No response has been forthcoming.

Finally, I forwarded my original e-mail to info "at sign" solmer.co.uk on 7/6/2026 but still await a response!

Whilst I cannot comment on the quality of Solmer's products, I would not now buy from this company as it would appear that if I did receive a faulty product, communication from them would be non-existent.

Ordered some handles and the screws were missing.
I called to advise of this and the customer service is amazing. (also open on a Saturday morning) They dispatched the missing screws without any quibble for next day delivery, which arrived on the next day which was a Sunday! They also included the enough of the extra long screws just in case the 25mm were not long enough.
Cannot fault and will definately use them again.

Good description so I was able to order the right size. Quick delivery, and the items are good quality.

Arrived early by Royal Mail and is perfect for under my sink. Well made, easy to install and good quality.
Almost £50 is quite expensive but overall I think worth it.

Ordered metal catch plates and they Arrived promptly and are good value.

Just bought two Blum Clip on Blumotion adjustable hinge mounting plates, with pre fitted dowels. Great service -arrived very quickly even with Easter holiday. Wasn’t expecting them this fast!
