Villa La Asomada
The villa on the whole was lovely. Kitchen well equipped and lovely view from the balcony.
The mattresses however were very uncomfortable, on the two double beds.
A lot of activity on the waste ground next door with lorries dumping rubble constantly causing a bit of dust.

The villa and pool were lovely
The villa and pool were lovely, clean and comfortable. We had a problem in our second week with the pool. The filters stopped working. One call to solmar and the pool guy was there and fixed the problem the next day. The only thing I would say needed attention was the TV. We spent a few evenings in the Villa. The tv did not have a good choice of English programmes which was a bit disappointing.
The airport transfers were excellent no waiting around.
Overall the holiday was great and I would definitely book again with Solmar.

Beautiful accommodation but will be disturbed a lot
Villa was lovely and has everything we needed (although was tricky to find) however I will stress that the note on the villa that you MAY be disturbed is an understatement. We stayed three nights and had 9 different people in and out - yes into the villa whilst we were trying to enjoy a family pool day. Early morning right through to late evening so even if you are out during main hours of the day you will be disturbed by "maintenance ".

great location, short walk to aldi for essentials. 20 minute walk to the beach on the footpath.
great size swimming pool and garden area. rubber rings and inflatables already there to use. sun on the swimming pool all day.
would definitely recommend.

Lovely villa, fantastic location and staff on hand if you need them. We love the town and the villas we’ve stayed in; clean, everything you need and cosy. I won’t recommend because I want them for myself! 🤣

A fabulous 2 week break in Cyprus with Solmar
We had a fabulous 2 week break in Argaka Cyprus staying in the beautiful Villa Heaven. The villa far exceeded all of our expectations. We couldn't fault it in any way. The booking process was so easy and communication with Solmar was immediate really helpful.

Great service from Solmar
Stayed at Villa Hermis in Argaka, Cyprus, in September 2025. Great communication throughout with Solmar. The villa itself was of a good standard, 4 double bedrooms, clean and spacious and well presented. We did have a problem whilst we were there when the electricity supply tripped and we could not switch it back on. We contacted the 24/7 service with Solmar and an electrician arrived swiftly and sorted the issue for us. We would highly recommend Solmar for the quality of their properties and their great customer service.

Ignored complaints
Our complaints, whilst staying at one of the 3 villas that we rented for the month, were completely ignored until months after our return. There was no hot water, rarely any internet ants all over the kitchen on our arrival, the bath emptied in its entirety on to the bedroom floor and reading past reviews had been doing so for about 6 years. We also had issues with the car hire they provided. The villa, which used to be stunning had become quite run down.
On the positive side, they do have some lovely villas at reasonable prices.
