Dealing with Solihull Carpets has one again proved uncomplicated for us. Right from speaking with Lisa in the shop taking on-board her recommendations, going away with suitable samples without fuss or pressure, ease of booking, measurement-taking and quick to confirm back regards Quotations and Installation Dates.

The installers turned up at the exact planned time, which we were pre-advised of, they are were genuinely pleasant guys and worked quickly and professionally to complete a flawless installation.

Really great service - we needed a quick carpet and floor refit due to last minute tenancy changes. Lisa was really helpful over the phone and when we went in to pick our floor. We had our measurement slot for the quote booked, and our fitting day all within the following week. Excellent fitting service happy with how everything looks. Would def recommend.

We had a very old stair carpet which needed replacement. My wife & I looked at a number of web sites as well as local shops. We could not find what we desired on the internet and the larger chain store shops whilst helpful did not sit right with either the product selections or the typical "corporate" sales staff.

We came across Solihull carpets and was immediately struck with the massive product range for the carpet we wanted as well as the willingness to lend us copious samples which really helped nail down our product choice. The staff were friendly & helpful but we never felt pushed into making a choice as to use them.

What was excellent is that a team member came to the house & measured the stairs thus minimising errors & waste. A few days later we placed an order with confidence.

We received regular updates and the fitting commenced exactly when stated and more critically on time. The carpet fitter was excellent and really knew his craft- so thank you Mark for the great fit & attention to detail.

We can't recommend this small business enough & we will certainly be going back & recommending the business to friends and colleagues. My wife & I are really pleased & we don't give this type of review lightly- with this business you get great service, good prices & a professional service- there is nothing not to like.

I would highly recommend Solihull carpets due to their commitment to the customer. Choosing the carpet, receiving a sample, placing the order through to the installation was seem-less. Communication was at another level keeping you posted on the progress of your order and they turned up on the dot to install. We would like to thank the whole team for all their help, keep it up.

Recently had new carpets in through lounge and also the stairs and landing.Have used Solihull Carpets for all the bedrooms over the years as well.The staff are always extremely helpful with any queries you may have. Wonderful from start to finish very helpful floor perfect fitted when said, lovely people and lovely fitter... be back in a couple of weeks for more flooring :)

I thought having the whole downstairs floors fitted would be one of the hardest weeks of my life. This was totally the opposite with Solihull Carpets.

The whole week was smooth running, no mess, no tripping over materials or equipment. Wes, the fitter kept us updated every step of the way. Not only did he lay the beautiful floors with finesse he also had creativity. He was extremely hard working, not even stopping for lunch and was a pleasure to have in our home.

We can’t thank you enough. The floors look stunning.
It was a great week and we look forward to inviting you back into our home to carpet the entire upstairs.

We are very pleased with the carpet we chose and the fitting was excellent. We shall definitely recommend Solihull Carpets to family and friends.

We recently used Solihull Carpets for both our bathroom floor and carpets. The bathroom floor service and fitting was professional and high quality however the carpet fitting and service after was below our expectations. The team did not check about door bars so by the time we requested a specific door bar it missed the order so we currently are without. After the carpet was fitted we were unhappy with the finishing at the bottom of the stairs, when we mentioned this we were told it was finished how we had requested despite there being no recollection of this request as we actually got a quote from another supplier requesting to remove the skirting.
After chasing the issue multiple times, we were told our issue 'isn’t important or in their priorities' and we'd be contacted after the Christmas break, we are still waiting from the 1st December and have now given up following up. Disappointed with the lack of follow up despite the good work on the bathroom floor

Really good experience from the helpful staff in the showroom, the preparation and fitting of flooring and also the carpet fitters. All excellent.

The staff in the shop were very helpful and knowledgeable. The service we have received throughout has been first class. The carpet we chose is fabulous, and was expertly fitted. We will be using them again. We had a disastrous experience with Kidderminster carpets, so were a bit worried to try somewhere new to us. Cannot recommend highly enough.
