I contacted Solidrockit to help me with preparing for an important job presentation on MS teams. Their response was quick and an engineer came to my home to help me troubleshoot the issues I was having. The engineer really listened and was a patient and knowledgable instructor. I also had a remote session to ensure my system was working correctly prior to my presentation. I could not have done this myself - really happy with the service I received from Solidrockit.

After finally saving up what I thought should be enough to get my Macbook Pro 2020 Model's screen fixed after an accident caused it to go completely black, I went to the apple store to get a quote - which was far beyond my budget. So after some research, I went with Solid Rock instead. I was nervous to have the product fixed by someone outside of apple, but I had absolutely nothing to worry about. I booked the appointment on Thursday afternoon, when the engineer then ordered the screen after I paid half the total cost as a deposit. There were no extra charges or hidden fees following this. By Monday (today at the time of writing), just 2 working days later, he came to my house to fix my device. He was friendly and calm and I was able to work from home as normal as he got on with the job. It took about an hour of careful work and I am now writing this review using my new screen! A flawless job, and much more affordable than going directly with apple. Thank you Solid Rock!

I had an intermittent fault on a MacBook Pro. The engineer was able to diagnose the issue over the telephone, order parts and took the trouble to come to my property on a weekend to repair it. Excellent service, highly competent and reasonable. Recommended.

I found Solid Rock IT through Google and the engineer came to my home within a few days.
I had problems with my IMac and email accounts and needed a new MacBook and hard drive setting up.
Everything was done very well and all now fine. The engineer was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I emailed Solid Rock ITUK to enquire about getting an ethernet socket for the wall in my son’s bedroom installed for his computer and also to look at some network cabling works done previously that needed a ‘face lift’. I received a quick response back from the company and was pleased that they were able to do the works for me. They kept me informed up until installation and the gentleman that came was very friendly and did an excellent work. I will definite keep Solid Rock ITUK in mind for future works that I might have. I cannot fault the service I received from Solid Rock IT. What should’ve been a relatively simple installation of a new hard drive ended up being far more complicated when it was discovered that the back up I had made on my external hard drive had been corrupted. The engineer couldn’t have been more helpful, staying for hours to find a solution and get my laptop up and working again. Fantastic and very highly recommended!

Excellent and fast customer service and highly recommended. I hired the engineer to repair my broken laptop screen. He ordered the new screen for my laptop on Tuesday and it arrived by Friday and was installed at my home on Saturday. I paid a reasonable price for the repair and a very easy payment option was included. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who is unable to travel far or has mobility issues or you are very busy as the service repair can be delivered in the comfort of your home at no extra cost. I will be using this service again someday.

When my MacBook crashed due to a failed hard drive, I asked friends for recommendations and then called Solid Rock. When I called, the engineer asked direct, pointed questions to determine what steps to take.

The moment he saw my laptop (without even opening it) he also troubleshooted another potentially dangerous issue and advised me on the best course of action. The engineer was courteous, knowledgeable, and had excellent communication skills.

Wow what a fantastic service. My laptop suddenly stopped working when in the middle of completing and important assignment. I called another local company first who said by what I described, it seems like a motherboard failure and it would be 3 days before they could look at my laptop. After speaking to Solid Rock IT, an engineer arrived at my house within 90mins and resolved my computer problems within an 1 hour plus there rates were very competitive.

Mark was professional, knowledgeable and really friendly. I would recommend his service to anyone needing computer support. In future, if I occur any other problems, Solid Rock IT will be the only company I will call. Definitely use this service
