New door has warped, and the frame coating is coming off the frame. Terrible quality for an expensive product.

Very well made door. Substantial build quality and looks great. Incorporated a Kubu smart sensor for added security (notifies you if the door is locked or unlocked).

Although disappointed at having to have a new front door after only being replaced in May, we are delighted with the service from Paul. He was very friendly and courteous, he was also very efficient and we are very pleased with his work and the new door.

My new door was installed professionally and on time. It looks great and I am very pleased with it. The design is elegant without being over fussy.

The quality of the door is amazing

Excellent customer service for warranty issue
We bought our door 4 years ago and have been really happy with it. However, it developed small cracks on the door slab in the recesses. I emailed photos to CWG Choices who sold us the door and they contacted Solidor who confirmed it needed to be replaced. Our builder has since retired, so Solidor arranged to come down and fit the replacement door.
Paul from Solidor arrived this morning, he was very professional and polite and fitted the new door which looks great.
It’s easy to make a sale and for that product to look lovely. However, I’m most impressed that years later we experienced such great customer service and accountability. For that alone I would rate 5 stars (but the door has also been great quality up until this small issue, and we always get so many compliments on how nice it looks).

The best bit of our midernised house!
Just fabulous! We moved into our house 10 years ago. Finally were able to completely modernise it. We spent a small fortune and were delighted. The house needed a front door. The difference is astounding!
One door has made mire difference than all tge modernising put together! Cant recommend highly enough!
