Half the items are missing
No response and they have messed up my order. Missing 5 items and then hit with a massive tax and duty bill on the items that I have not received. I will NEVER use this company again

I Want The Return Voucher
I received 3 tubes of Korres Santorini wine instead of the discontinued Korres Santorini vine that I ordered.
A return voucher was offered in July but I never received it. I have emailed numerous times but never got the voucher or an appropriate response.
Beware when you deal with this company that deals with “bar codes” as opposed to actual products.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service! Had an issue with my delivery done with DHL. DHL asked me to liaise directly with the customer service team of Solid blanc. I have tried to contact them several times but no one has answered my emails. I am left with no product and money lost.. very disappointed !
