I mistakenly filled out an online form for this company, believing that it was a Council funded incentive. On learning it wasn’t I sent an email asking for my details to be removed and for them not to contact me. The calls continued and on speaking to a rep (I think an Ashley but not 100% certain). I was told that “I shouldn’t fill out online forms and waste people’s time”. Unbelievably rude, especially given my previous email.
