I bought softmoc brand fur boots and they had holes in the bottom after 3 months. I wrote a review but they delete the negative reviews on their website and only keep the positive ones.

Dropped in to Soft mocs looking for doc martins as a christmas present at the Mic Mac mall location and was greeted by alot of very engaged employees who were eager to help .So impressed .Store was very clean and bright and lots of options for anyone hard to please looking for just the right footwear.Highly recommend to all shoppers to check out this location !
Purchased a new pair of SfotMoc shoes at tgheir store in Cabbotsford BC. After six days I attempted to return the shoes, in originl packaging and NEVER WORN to the store. They refused to accept my return.

I have been a loyal customer for many years. I will never shop at Softmoc for my family of five again. I bought Puma sneakers from them. Wore them no more than 6 times. No hard wear. The leather started cracking. Softmoc refuses to do anything. For the sake of a pair of $100 sneakers, they were willing to lose a customer. Terrible attitude toward customers. I’ve taken my business elsewhere. I’ve purchased 4 pairs of Doc Martens for grandchildren for Christmas. Not from Softmoc.

Placed an order, payment went through PayPal. Order wasn’t completed on SoftMoc due to a clitch they explained. After calling PayPal and SoftMoc I was given a discount code that did not work. Upon calling back to SoftMoc they did not help or offer a solution just left me on hold waiting for a manager until I gave up and finally hung up. Terrible customer service!!
I am not sure if someone is using their name but on September 6th my credit card got hacked by C$ 3, 228.60, I am still fighting to get this sorted out. I had never even heard of this company until this happened. So watch out.
Micka from the Orleans location was so helpful. When we first entered the store, someone else told us the shoes we were interested to buy were not available in our size. Micka then offered to look in the back and found the exact ones we wanted. Micka was so nice and offered amazing service.
I bought a pair of sandals from SoftMoc and after just one day of wearing them, they hurt my feet and caused blisters. When I went back to the store to exchange them, they refused to help. I also contacted customer service, but unfortunately, they did not provide any support. Very disappointed with this experience.

I bought 3 pairs of shoes online - 1 of the pairs were Birenknstock. I wore them in my home under an hour
and they were very uncomfortable.
I returned them in the original packaging . Three weeks later I got them returned to me. No written note or email. Their call centre is overseas so it impossible to get someone Canadian or that can even talk English clearly. The clerk told me she had no supervisor that I could talk too Scammers Wish I had of read the reviews. I have used them for years but now realize they are not the same Canadian Company

Absolutely ridiculous shipping fees on clearance items — I had 4 or 5 small pieces in my cart and the shipping came out to over $60! How does that even make sense? No explanation, no breakdown, just insane charges. And to make it worse, customer service never responded. Terrible experience from start to finish. I won’t be ordering again. Do better, Softmoc!!!!!!
4 out of 5 orders got delayed shipping. What's the purpose of paying shipping fee if they can't delivered it on time. It takes 1 week delay from the EDA/ETA.
Worst customer service ever, I have many problems with my feet as I've been server for many years. I've spent numerous amount of money on different sneakers trying to find something for me. I've ordered for many different companies and have been able to wear the shoes for a couple days to see if the product will work for me. I recently purchased a pair of Brooks sneakers from softmoc, I wore them for 2 days and realized they weren't comfortable for me. I tried to send them back for a refund and they told me there was too much wear on the shoe and sent the shoes back to me with no refund. Like I say I've ordered from numerous companies and I've done the same thing and nothing has ever been said when I return them and I've never had an issue. I feel that they treated me unfairly and with that being said no longer will I any of my friends or family purchase anything from your store. I hope this review May direct you in the right path of proper customer service there was absolutely nothing wrong with those shoes when I sent back you have lost many loyal customers
Do not order anything from SoftMoc!! I ordered a pair of shoes for my son’s graduation. They were delivered by Purolator at 3 pm and when I got home between 5-6pm the parcel was no longer sitting by the door.
I called Purolator and they said it would be the responsibility of SoftMoc because they did not request a signature upon delivery. I called SoftMoc and they refused to help me in any way or send another pair because it was not fault of theirs. I do understand that but it’s also not my fault. People work during the day, no one was home at the time. The shoes cost me $72. They were slip on sketchers.
I not only have to take a loss but I also feel violated. I am not trusting anyone anymore. My husband bought a doorbell camera for future deliveries.

I received a pair of slippers that were broken and completely unwearable, with the sole missing. I sent pictures and confirmed the fault, but the customer service refused to replace them or hold the size for me until they received the return. By the time they got the return, the size was sold out. This was an absolute waste of my time, and all it needed was decent customer service to resolve. I will not be shopping here again
Ordered a pair of shoes online, got a email 2 days later saying there was a delay. On the 3rd day received an email saying the shoes I wanted were sold out. Why would the site sell shoes if you didn't have any stock? But by looking at all the reviews online I can tell this company is poorly run.
I purchased a pair of Merrell hiking shoes off the website that clearly said Waterproof in the website description. The shoe comes in a regular and waterproof version as seen on Merrell's website, with the waterproof version significantly more expensive. When I received the shoe, it was clearly the regular version and nowhere on the box or the shoe itself did it say waterproof, unlike the pics for the waterproof version on Merell's website. I tried to return the shoe (which was never worn) online but they would not give me a free return shipping label. I did get a return authorization slip though. I did not manage to get to a physical store to return it (because none in my city) and eventually shipped it to them at my cost, but by then it was a few days past their 60 day return policy. To my surprise, they refused to give me a refund because it was over 60 days and shipped the item back to me! Considering that they had misrepresented the shoe on their website, I thought they would be more understanding. I called and explained the situation to the initial agent and then to a manager, and both refused to bend, despite noting that their website indeed did say it was waterproof. They would not even agree to exchange it or give me a credit voucher.
I will never buy anything from this fraudulent company again. I will be initiating a credit card chargeback on basis of the product not matching the website description.
1 star on these idiots eh and I can see why, they are pure p*g's, rude and very ignorant bunch , arguments with the customers and when in the end we are proven right and still no apologies from they or anything from that matter ,they do not take responsibility for their shipments leaves it up to the customer, I've paid them twice now for the same shoes over a month ago the first pair were returned and still waiting for the refund on them ,so ordered another pair and paid for them ,now they're lost and no communication with softmoc,left up to the customer to handle. The first pair were miles too big and were left out in the rain, so that's been an ongoing fight for the last month and no satisfaction with it whatsoever, this company must train their employees to be this way because if they were working for another company with the attitudes they have they wouldn't be in a job for very long, oh these people must of been trained on how To be rude and ignorant towards customers.
Of all the reviews I've seen this softmoc is probably one of the worst, having people's money tied up for over a month and you know what they did to compensate me for all the aggravation ,they gave me 15% off the second pair I bought but here's the kicker they gave that to everyone at that time.. mother's Day 15% off all sneakers,so that was mighty white of them eh...let's see if Richard actually does something, I actually emailed the guy let's see if it gets a response shall we.

Update, here's how softmoc solves the problem with my order, they basically said F you and refunded the money ( so they say) and that was the extent of the communication between us...an F you and here's your money back in a week or so, and now refuses to answer emails or phone...p*gs , pure unadulterated p*g's these softmoc employees and the owner Richard can't be much better to allow this cr*p to continue or he'll be out of business soon, what disrespect and a spit in everyone's face that have ever dealt with these p*G's, if only I had known, I'll be checking inhere/trust pilot from now on, nothing like the good ol' fashioned word of mouth.
