Not great
We had the mallow sofa delivered but is was not right. Customer service did say they would make us a new one. This took a few months and this was fine as long as we got the sofa we ordered.
The new one has not long arrived but the stitching is still not right. We emailed customers services again 11 days ago but not had anything back.

Super service
Super service. Chose sofa online one day and sample material arrived next morning and didn’t like it! Rang the store our order was put immediately on hold whilst we made a journey to the shop the following day to view ended up with different material, different sofa plus a chair!
Robert was helpful and knowledgeable and we were very pleased with the service we got.
P.S didn’t get a biscuit tho!

Today we visited sofa workshop in Nottingham to be greeted by the INCREDIBLE Gillian
Today we visited sofa workshop in Nottingham & was greeted by the lovely Gillian. I don’t actually know where to start with how fabulous she was, she instantly greeted us with a warm smile & welcomed my 5 & 4 year old with giving them a biscuit to which instantly put them in a good mood for us to shop.
Gillian is a absolute credit to Sofa Workshop! Her positive energy, warmth, welcoming attitude & ‘nothing is a issue to help’ attitude makes her shine bright!!!!
We walked out purchasing a sofa…. Why…. Because Gillian helped with every question we had, made us feel welcome with our children which in all honesty is a rarity with furniture shopping with little ones. I will go nowhere else for furniture in the future other than the Nottingham store because of Gillian. I’d rate 10/10 if I could but 5 star is the maximum…. Gillian is way above the 5 star!
What a positive encounter visiting the Nottingham store today!!

We went into the store in Chichester and viewed lots of beautiful sofas and furniture. Sam helped us look at different options and materials without any hard sales pitch.
She was honest around lead times but advised us about the best fillings for the larger sofas.
The whole process was easy and can’t wait for our furniture to arrive

Exceptional, friendly staff
We found our experience at sofa workshop in deansgate Manchester very professional and stress free. Karita’s product knowledge was exceptional even drew us a room plan which gave us confidence seeing the furniture in situ.
Would definitely recommend a visit.

À wonderful shopping experience !
We visited the Nottingham shop on Castle Boulevard and were greeted by a delightful young man who was not only helpful and honest but had a lovely sense of humour. As a result we bought a swivel chair and will no doubt use Sofa Workshop again. When we compare this young man to the assistants we encountered in other furniture shops there was literally no comparison. This young man deserves to go far. Our shopping experience was a joy.
