Order put through in Jan 2025 arrival date was due April, i rescheduled and twice deliveries have failed. first time because of the amount of steps to my property even though i completed a pre delivery assessment form, now a manager called back to inform me there's been a mix up on their end and my order was somehow mistaken and they are currently looking into this. NOT GOOD ENOUGH why re-schedule a delivery if the goods are not there? the customer care team have been poor ive had to chase for ETA's no follow up calls and the last phonecall i was disconnected. Please refund my order

Great custom sofa, comfortable and just the right size. Delivered within timescales stated.

We are very pleased with our two harpers sofas , footstool and Bella chairs . The delivery was within the agreed timeframe and the delivery drivers were punctual and polite . All packaging was taken away which was appreciated.
We chose the sofas in Manola Sage and the other items in Manola blush. My only concern is that they are still very firm but I believe that over time the cushions will relax .

The Kingston Dark Terracota covers went "yellow" after only a few months use (I alternated them with other covers). Because I had had them for more than two years they were not even willing to give a view let alone give advice. Avoid at all costs.

We decided to have a trip to the showroom to choose our new sofas. Glad we did because on line I liked the Jasper but preferred the Harper when we tried them. Huge choice to suit all tastes & not hassled at all. All communications about delivery were good & the delivery guys were excellent, unwrapping and putting together. These sofas replaced loose cover sofas from the same company purchased 20 years ago so we knew it was a good company. My old sofas went to a local charity as they were still in good condition.

Really happy with the 3 Positano sofas I have purchased. Chose to have the firmer foam cushions and the sofas are very comfortable and well made. The delivery men were very friendly and helpful. Communication with Sofa Sofa was great even when I changed my order to a different colour for the sofa feet. Very pleased and would recommend.

I have made several purchases from this company, very good service and good products. Cost effective. Recommend.

DO NOT PURCHASE A SOFA FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE AWFUL, FAULTY SOFA ON 3 OCCASIONS, THEN HAD TO CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT DESIGN, APPALLING COMMUNICATION AND THEN NOT DELIVERED AS DISCUSSED DURING 3 CALLS. FOUR DAYS MISSED WORK DUE TO SHODDY GOODS AND EXTREMELY POOR COMMUNICATION AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

ADDED NOTE - TO BE FAIR TO SOFA SOFA, THE NEW SOFA SEMS TO BE GREAT AND IT'S JUST A SHAME THAT THEIR LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS TAINTED WHAT SHOULD BE AN EXCITING ADDITION TO OUR HOME - IT'S A TAINTED EXPERIENCE.

This is a difficult review to write. I ordered 2 sofas for my 90 year old parents and had them delivered to my parents house along with a snuggler chair for my sister. As my parents both suffer from dementia I live with them and my sister stays with me to help for 2-3 weeks every couple of months. As she was at my parents house when the delivery day came through I arranged for her chair to be delivered to their house. Her chair was put into the drawing room (only used at Christmas!) by the delivery men but was not checked or unwrapped and to be honest I didn’t think to ask them to do this. On Saturday the chair was taken to my sisters by an experienced delivery driver, used by our family on numerous occasions. Once unwrapped my sister noticed a flaw in the fabric on the top of the chair. I contacted SofaSofa on the Monday and received a reply back from them basically accusing me of lying about the scuffed fabric, saying that I had signed that all 3 items had been delivered with no issue. Yes I did sign but I thought this was for the delivery and yes the chair/sofas had been delivered ….. if I had been made aware that it was to check for damage I would have insisted that the chair been unwrapped and inspected.

I sent another email stating this but have had no reply!

WARNING ….. please check your delivery thoroughly to avoid this happening to you.

Bought a Marlow leather high back armchair from SofaSofa in 2020. Ordered after a visit to Crumlin and tried Marlow in store. Took longer than promised for delivery - forgiven. When delivered, armchair seemed OK but 'hard' edges along top of arms. Like the stuffing/foam filling is badly overlain on top of the square edged timber under. Left arm is much harder and more uncomfortable than the right.
Obviously out of guarantee by now. Contacted SofaSofa to ask if they had any advice about how I might access the arms to soften out the arms. SS replied quite quickly to my query. Asked for details of order and advised that I take advice from a local upholsterer. I had been considering buying a new armchair for a few years as the Marlow still was not comfortable even with the addition of cushions to the arms. Just thought perhaps I might be able to make it comfortable and fit for purpose with a little effort on my behalf. If I messed it up - buy a new one anyway. However, I would not make the mistake of trying before I buy again.
So I called a local upholsterer who promptly visited to assess problem. Basically the arms need corrective stuffing to put them where they always should have been and the seat cushion filler could do with being renewed. This at a cost of £250. This amount will give me the comfort of an armchair which I could and probably should have had for the last five years. This price is also a quarter of the price of a new one. Good value and guaranteed comfort.
As SS will explain - all my fault for not complaining after receipt of delivery. I live and I learn. Experience is a teacher.

Sofa Sofa. Thankyou to the delivery guys who waited patiently whilst I stuck felt pads on the feet of our gorgeous new Jasper sofa to protect our wooden floor. From website , to ordering , to communication , delivery, to quality and look of sofa . You guys are brilliant . Haven’t had a new sofa for over twenty years and still use another sofa from Sofa Sofa that we bought over twenty years ago. What more can I say. Great British company.

Purchased a sofabed many years ago-still in exellent codition, and has been used so many times as a guest bed. Had no hesitation in purchasing from sofa sofa again. The expirience from ordering online, getting updates on delivery, right through to getting a call from delivery driver 45 min away has been excellent. Hopefully our Jasper sofa will live up to sofa sofa's good reputation. Thankyou

AMAZING experience. I want to highly praise SofaSofa. Reading some of the reviews I was a bit apprehensive BUT I can not fault them. The communication via email was exceptional, quick and efficient. The manufacturing speed was impressive. They organised a time/slot to deliver from Wales all the way to East Anglia and arrived promptly. The delivery guys were polite, friendly and placed my sofa exactly where I wanted it. And to top that all off, I am so impressed with the quality, colour and the comfort of the items I purchased. I ordered the gorgeous Jasper 3 Seater Sofa in the Manola Olive with the matching Love Seat and they have transformed the room! For the price I am extremely impressed so thank you very much SofaSofa, I can’t wait to properly enjoy them!

I just got wanted to write a review about two sofas that we purchased 8 years ago. The quality is amazing! After 8 years still in excellent condition, no creaking, no cushions sagging, velvet covers are showing no wear, can’t praise this company enough and all at a fantastic price.

What a wonderful company. Fabric samples were dispatched promptly and the ordering process was very easy. They had fixed back sofas too, which are quite difficult to find. I ordered an Agatha sofa initially for the house I was buying. Unfortunately due to time wasters the purchase did not proceed. I contacted the company to see if I could cancel and I spoke to Rachel in Despatch. She could not have been more helpful or understanding. I received a full refund. Fingers crossed my current house purchase goes through and I will be able to buy sofas again. For quality, value for money and amazing customer service, Sofa Sofa cannot be beaten. Thank you Rachel.

Saw SofaSofa online and decided to travel down to the showroom from Nottingham to sit on as many as possible, we ordered a Florence 3 seater & footstool in Opulent Olive , absolutely beautiful, very comfortable and great quality. Excellent service from start to finish showroom staff were lovely not pushy at all like other big name high street brands on the retail parks, communication regarding delivery excellent and delivery team from SofaSofa came on time very friendly, courteous & professional. Ordered two more Florence sofas since as a result . You will not be disappointed great quality & price from a company that really cares .

Communication was good, the delivery was great, the sofa looks fantastic and is comfy. We will definitely be returning to sofasofa!

My 2 x Newport Sofa's ( Miami Sea Blue ) delivered on time by a very helpful crew.
Very happy with my sofa's. One thing to consider , this fabric is a wonderful colour but very plain texture. If you have children or pets make sure you have fabric treated at factory ! Just saying because I didn't .
