Just had my sofa delivered today, I only ordered it 2 days ago. Read the reviews here only today and saw a lot of bad reviews from people, so I was a bit weary. All I can say is wow. Sofa is in perfect condition drivers were great and the quality is outstanding. I would highly recommend sofa cabin to anyone

Bought a sofa off this mob about a month ago. 3 of the scatter back cushions were ripped. Contacted them for the last month and have been told they are waiting for the supplier. It took 2 weeks to get the whole couch and they cant get me 3 cushion covers sent out in over a month. Absolute shocking customer service. Still not had an answer to my cushions.

I bought the sofa ([Order No. 29360] (06/26/2021) and still haven't received any phone cal/ email or confirmation about the delivery date. I tried to call all the phones on the site and didn't answer.

They called me now and they agreed to deliver me tomorrow with fabric and not leather but with the same shade of grey as the leather sofa I ordered. I do not want light grey. Let's wait for more.

They send me a message asking for deliver the sofa on next monday 02nd August. I agreed.

I ordered my sofas at 7.15pm on Thursday evening, expecting 5-10 days for delivery. 11.15 am Friday morning I recieved a text saying delivery would be Monday 9am-9pm. I recieved a text message on Sunday confirming delivery would be Monday. I had a phonecall Monday lunchtime saying it would be delivered for 5pm. It arrived at 6.15pm. All in all, although delivered a little later in I am over the moon. Delivery guys were nice and friendly. Great sofas at a great price. Would definitely recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I processed an order on the 2nd June since then its been nothing but emails and information sent I still have not received my delivery date totally unacceptable.

Had a few issues at first, needed to return a sofa, as it wasn't as high as I had originally thought it would be. The gentleman I spoke to helped so much with looking for the right sofa that I wanted. He was great. He went through all the stock and once decided which was yesterday the sofa was delivered at 4pm today. The delivery guys are a real credit to the company. They came in with our new sofa and took away our old one. It was all done so quick. They were chatty and very polite. Thanks sofa cabin 👏

Absolute shambles of a company, I ordered the Mayfair 3+2 sofa from them, delivery kept getting pushed back then I got a text from MS couriers with a delivery date, they called 2pm in the afternoon and said they were just leaving Leeds,(we live on the west coast of Scotland) and they would deliver but likely to be 10:30PM! They arrived earlier but brought the sofa in and wouldn't wait until I unwrapped it and checked it over, they left in a hurry as it was about an 8 hour drive! (Maximum 4) unwrapped it and one of the sofas arms has small punch holes in the fabric AND neither sofa had any feet....phoned, messaged, text, emailed and heard not a thing, got a reply asking if I was lying and to send pictures (what I was going to gain from extra sofa feet is beyond me) sent the pictures, got a reply saying they will post them, 6 weeks later, no feet not answering phones, texts or emails, no fire safety tags on them anywhere either so we are now going down the legal route and filing a report with trading standards at every authority in the UK, this company are a shower of absolute cowboys. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I trust most of these 5 star reviews are all by family members and friends as I can assure you, I've messaged and spoke to many customers who bought from these people and ALL are dissatisfied in one way or another

We ordered the Farrow Grey/Black 2+3 seater sofa on 11th April with a delivery of 5 working days the delivery date kept changing and we finally received it Saturday 1st May after calling them and messaging them about a million times because they are terrible at coming back to you, then low and behold the feet that sit at the front of each sofa are completely different and don't match at all I contacted them the same day and sent them pictures, then had to send pictures a week later as they what they do to stall you and still to this day I have not received the matching feet and now I can't get anyone to answer my messages or get an update on the feet so am stuck with them looking stupid.
I will be taking this further and wont be leaving it there but my warning is AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Ordered my sofa April delivery was ment to be 29th of April the day before it was due to be delivered the delivery date got changed until the following week that happened 3 weeks in a row when I tried to contact them for 2 days to cancel my delivery because of the amount of times they had messed me about they ignored my phone calls I left voicemail to contact me back which they never did I ended up going to another company I would not recommend this company they are a joke

Ordered a sofa and was told delivery would be in 14 days - great I thought!

THIS DID NOT HAPPEN!
1) There was no communication from this company about delivery from the get go
2) Calls and social media messages went unanswered
3) We I did get through (only by with-holding my mobile number on outgoing calls), false promises were made about a currier picking the sofa up and I'd be informed of delivery dates - it never happened
4) With promises broken of a new delivery date, more calls and social messages went unanswered as I chased an update

I have now cancelled the sofa via the credit company and I still await confirmation of this from the sofa club.

Their customer service has been awful. A shame as their prices are good!

My freind bought a sofa for her 21st first one come broken the second soaking wet threw just told to f off and drove discusting company DO NOT BUY!!!!

Absolute scum of a company out to rip people off any one with any sense can see the reviews that we’re all put on in the middle of the night on Friday where only done to try hide the honest reviews that have been put up these people are nothing but rip of merchant who sell fake unsafe furniture and then lie about it my self and many others have tried to contact this scum of a company only to be blocked on Facebook as they do with every one who says anything bad about them

Would definitely recommend sofa cabin, delivery drivers were amazing took my sofa’s to third floor happily, quality is great too :) :)
