After 2 failed attempts from the Loaf delivery guys… and then they sent in the big guns!! Frank and his son got our sofa in no problem!! Such a friendly, nice team - couldn’t recommend more highly. 6 months without a sofa and I can’t tell you how much we love Frank right now.

Hats off to Frank and Adrian for all of the support they provided in hoisting two sofas into a third floor Edwardian property. From the outset Frank was very knowledgable and responsive and ensured on the day of hoisting, no stone was left unturned.

Fantastic service from these magicians of sofa placement. We have a new and expensive sofa which the delivery people said couldn't be delivered to our lounge. Booked Sofa Assist and a redelivery. Sofa Assist were at our door in very good time, worked out the best way of getting the sofa through a narrow entry hall, very promptly, efficiently. They have great experience of this work, with a very pleasant, positive and professional approach. Sofa Assist is my go-to if and when we need their services again.

From start to finish, the assessing of options, the booking process, being on time to getting the job done, Frank and Sofa Assist were exemplary. A beacon of positivity, professionalism and efficiency in a world where such things are getting more rare. No Covid excuses, no shirking or looking to do the minimum. Excellent service. I called up to get help moving a sofa and instead of coming round and taking my money I got advice over the phone and was able to dismantle the sofa by myself over video call. Thank you so much for your help Sofa assist. Really appreciate it.

What a great service! Especially in London where people have terraced houses but no easy access for large items into a living room.

After valiantly attempting to take apart my new sofa it was clear that it was not moving from the hallway. Luckily this company exist: not only did they remove the window to put the sofa in, they also put re-assembled the sofa itself. The whole process took less than an hour. Big thanks to Frank and Adrian - will recommend.

Had issue fitting my new sofa through the front door of my super narrow flat, after a quick video call to Frank I was assured the sofa would get in one way or another. Frank was extremely accommodating with timings and dates, and on the day of delivery he arrived promptly. Within an hour my sofa was in the flat and ready to snuggle up on.

Would definitely recommend Frank and his team for any sofa delivery drama.

Frank was so quick to give me a quote to dismantle my sofa and put it back together after I moved into a townhouse and my sofa wouldn't fit up to the living room! The guys were lovely and friendly even though my sofa didn't make things easy for them. A great job well done and I'm so glad Sofa Assist exists! Will definitely be calling the team whenever I move to get the sofa back down the stairs :)

We ordered our sofa from Harveys and it arrived the day before they went bust, so returning or exchanging was simply not an option. We tried, the delivery guys tried and NOTHING was getting that sofa in through that door. Except of course, we called Frank.

He took measurements, he tried some manoeuvres, he did the maths. He even checked the windows to see if they could be removed to have the sofa hoisted in. No dice, our sofa was too dang large.

So he took it apart, and reassembled it inside the living room. We'd consulted others and they said it was impossible. Maybe it was, but Frank did it anyway because that's the man he is.

Two years later we're moving so we needed it out again. So obviously, we called Frank.

Frank and team did what sofology said was impossible. Superb friendly, professional, caring guys!

Frank really knows his stuff, is efficient and a pleasure to deal with. He was happy to work with the delivery schedule set by the sofa supplier (even though the 2-hour slot was only given two days ahead). He was patient and uncomplaining when the delivery was late and took immediate responsibility and control as soon as it arrived. With skill, he and his equally adept colleague managed to manoeuvre my new sofa into my home - something that had already defeated two delivery teams. He came, assessed the situation and was able to find the best and least disruptive solution. Highly impressed and very happy! Recommend, recommend, recommend!

Frank and his partner (I think the name was Adrian) turned up promptly, even provided a link to track their arrival time to the minute. We live in a small house and despite our best efforts could not fit a sofa bed up the stairs - the guys removed our sash window professionally and quickly and expertly hoisted the sofa through the upstairs window before proceeding to move into our desired room, even screwing the legs in. Immense service at a fair price, worth every penny. Thanks.

Frank and his son were absolutely amazing. We had a lot of trouble with the retailer we bought our sofa from who had insisted it would fit through our hallway but it didn't, so we were recommended Sofa Assist. The retailer had to take the sofa back to their warehouse after it wouldn't fit so that we could arrange the date with Frank, however they promptly 'lost' our sofa, leaving us waiting another 3 months for it to be remade...Arranging and rearranging with Frank was no trouble whatsoever, he was patient, flexible and understanding throughout. By the time the new sofa arrived 6 months after it had initially been ordered (in October 2021), we were extremely anxious as to whether things would go to plan, but Frank put us at ease immediately. They got our large corner sofa in through a bay window at the back of our house with absolutely no hassle whatsoever, they made it look so easy. Frank and his son were polite, professional and efficient throughout and to make things even better, knew exactly how to assemble the corner sofa for us (which the retailer should have done had they actually been able to deliver it properly as promised), so that was also a huge relief! Frank and his son were so kind and calm and really made our year after a lot of stress and upset over what should have been such a simple delivery process. I couldn't recommend them more highly and would absolutely use them again if I needed the same service again in the future! Thanks so much Frank.
