Poor customer service
Although checkout was easy enough and they shipped quickly, my package has not come. After a week I called them and was told the package would probably shake loose soon and to call back ten days later if it did not. Two and a half weeks is far too long, plus another week if they do reship. It's a good thing I'm not desperate to get my filters. For what they cost, this is not very good service.
