Never buy anything from them

Never buy anything from them. I ordered something from in July 2018 and it is now November 2018and still have not received anything. They says it’s been shipped, Their tracking number expired and my local post office says it’s a bogus tracking number.

Socksworks (Sucksworks) smartwatch

Ordered a smart watch shown with rotate front on the website of socksworks. On the internet it really looks like a very nice and solide watch. Everything beside that all I received after a few weeks. No rotate front and a simple watch i received. They can better transfer their name in Sucksworks! Lost € 40 by buying this watch!

Dont expect to get what you order- it will be a very cheap value knockoff.

To be honest, disappointed in their lack of customer service, no responses to email. I work in retail and have done so for 18 + years. They have lost this customer. Never ever again. Altough the smartwatch was received it is nothing like the one shown. The bezel does not rotate. You have to download the app to your phone in order for it to work. All in all it is a decent watch, but the value is heavily inflated. I will sell it on ebay at some point in time. Then I will save up the money and buy a real z3 gear watch from Samsung. This one doesnt recognise Adelaide in the time zone, in fact every other state with exception of Tasmania and the Northern Territory in Australia gets a mention.
Real value $10.00 approximately.

worse company ever

Ordered the watch that was advertised to pair with iPhone and Android and amazed it was received within a month however would pair with any phones. Contacted their poor customer service department and into 26 messages later, still no refund or restitution. They wanted me to keep trying android phones when it was supposed to work with iPhone. Had friends try with their android and no luck. Still useless crap. Company has no phone service either-just bad. Company is horrible scam. Thieves.

If there was a way to give a 0

If there was a way to give a 0, I would. Before this piece of crap was shipped, they would respond to emails. I tried several times to cancel the order but they shipped it anyways. It is the worst piece of crap I have seen in a long time. Bait and switch...what a horrible way to do business! I wish I had done my research but hitting submit.

Socksworks is a sham

Socksworks is a sham. No one should order anything from this company. It is a complete fraud. Don't order anything from them. They take your money and don't respond to emails. They send you a fake tracking number and you are left waiting on something that will never ship.

Stupidly bought a watch that was…

Stupidly bought a watch that was advertised as an all singing, all dancing watch that connected to iPhone, Android etc.

What a lot of rubbish!!! Do not believe a word of it. Cheap plastic rubbish that is exactly the opposite to how it was advertised.

If it costs approx 40 dollars then you’ll get what you paid for (not even that!)

Save your money and don’t be an idiot like I was!
