Ordered 6 pairs of Pringle lace shoe liner socks from Sockshop. Price £19.47 incl. postage. Worn 3 pairs and different toe areas have holes on 3 of them. I don't have long/rough toenails, take a size 5 shoe and ordered the larger sizes. I usually buy cheap ones but went for these for holiday, never again. On contacting sock shop I was told I could only return the unworn ones in the original packaging. Of course I don't have this. Total waste of money.

Poor quality socks compared to other brands and I’m sick of woke emails with 20 percent rainbow nonsense .

Beautiful socks. I ordered plain white, seam free ladies socks, came the next day and they are so very comfortable, light and wonderfully soft, they’re like wearing clouds. Extremely satisfied.

I have made multiple purchases from Sockshop, a very eco friendly company - I particularly like their Lazy Panda lounge and sleep wear range, which is 95% bamboo fabric - very competitive price and sooo comfortable to wear - it is seriously good value - a big thumbs up from me

One of the packs of socks I ordered was faulty, but they refunded it no problem and didn't even ask me to return it.

Ok, but don't fall for the upsell. I'm happy with the bamboo socks (although they all had the annoying plastic tags through them and after reading all the reviews about holes in socks we'll have to see how long they last. My main problem with them is that I also ended up buying some pyjama trousers in order to qualify for a free gift (pair of boxers). The pyjamas seem to be fairly low quality, so overpriced, and I didn't receive the free gift so I do feel a bit ripped off now. Customer support have said I didn't choose a free gift, but I remember clicking the box, looking at the different options and then selecting boxers in my size so I don't know what's happened there. I'm not going to waste my time arguing over a free pair of boxers, but I doubt I'll be a returning customer. If I'd have just got the socks and not been swayed by the 'free gift' I'd probably be happy!

My complaint was fully dealt with in the amazing time of 21 minutes!
I showed a photo of a small hole that developed in two months of wear. (Very comfortable socks, will definitely buy again)
And I got an email promising refund 21 minutes after I started my complaint. That has to be the best customer service ever!

Awesome socks! The patterns are such fun, yes, but the reasons I return again and again to Sock Shop's bamboo socks is that a) they are extremely comfortable and b) they really FIT!

I am leaving a five star review for the service in terms of delivery and prompt communications. I have worn one pair so far and after one use there is a hole . The socks are incredibly comfortable. I play golf and suffer from feet getting hot and sore. I just hope the socks are reasonably durable.

I ordered the 3 pairs of comfort cuff plain gentle bamboo socks, with smooth toe seems , from sockshop in Royals colour. As I have bad feet due to a leg ulcer and ulcer on foot , and I have to say , that these are some of the most comfortable socks I have bought ( and trust me when I say i've bought ALOT of socks , that were supposed to be diabetic , smooth toes etc and WERE NOT). They are great to wear with boots , trainers, and shoes. They do not make your feet sweat, and are EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE. So much so I am now buying another 6 pairs.
Also I highly recommend both the company , and the socks. 🙂.

Advertised a free gift. Selected the free gift. Didn't receive the free gift. Customer service team tried to blame me for not ordering it correctly. Product ok, delivery quick but on principle won't use them again.

I ordered the Unisex Rainbow Knee Highs and am afraid to say I am disappointed with them. They are comfy, however quickly developed holes in the toes.

I bought socks from sockshop in December 23. It's now just into May and I've just had to throw 3 pairs away as they have holes in them. I would not recommend their socks, terrible quality

Bought bamboo socks in mid-February 2024. All socks already have giant holes in on the toes. Absolutely awful and a total waste of money. Worst socks I have ever bought in terms longevity.

UPDATE: I'm sorry if you can't stomach a negative review for your awful products. What kind of response is that you absolute snowflake.

I buy Bamboo socks for my Dad every year. They're top quality about 80% Bamboo fibre. A lot of other companies advertise Bamboo socks but they're usually only 40% Bamboo. He loves all the different colours. I'm going 2 treat myself to a few pairs myself. It's very hard 2 get socks in my size 13 but they always have plenty of socks in stock. I can't recommend them highly enough 👍.

Terrible service overall. messaged online about a stock query/product details. items were for sale on the website so placed the order and got confirmation of order. 4 days later get a refund and order cancellation email with the offer of 5% off a future order-i already had 10% off the original order being a new customer. emailed to say that wasn't very satisfactory and to ask how this can happen after speaking with an agent...got ZERO reply. waste of time on many levels

Excellent quality socks, very quick dispatch and delivery. The socks are excellent value especially if you have size 14 feet like me & you also need comfort cuffs.

Socks are good quality, wash and wear well, good price, speedy delivery, good variety of fibres, colours and styles.
