Even one star is too much! Stay away from this company. Used their service to gain followers with like / unlike ( to get real followers ) but nothing happened and no money back. Total SCAM stay away.

SocialSteeze offers its clients a follow/unfollow service after you've signed up with them and notice little growth. Once you terminate your contract with them, all the accounts that they run/control and that they had follow your accounts via follow/unfollow, will start to unfollow your account and you will notice a steady decline in your Instagram numbers. SocialSteeze has now reinvented themselves as FANBUMP and now charge clients 10x's as much for the same aforementioned service, $99 per month.

I purchased a yearly package ($500) with Social Steeze a few months ago, unfortunately their services were highly disappointing, and totally fraudulent. I have an Instagram account of over 20K followers, and have worked with several different IG marketing brands and SS is by far the worst. I saw 0 growth on my account, and when getting in touch with their team I was mistreated, and they would hardly get reply to my emails regarding my concerns. I wish I could attach the emails here to show you how bad their services are. They are great at creating excuses and terrible in delivering what you paid for. Same as many other users. It went quite well at the beginning. Boosted activity and following on my IG account but after few months it just switched off even though I was still paying. I’ve used to for a year on and off but wouldn’t recommend it.

It was going fine and then after two months it was downhill from there. I’ve had to email constantly about no activity on my account, no one was actively working in it. Their links to cancel or request a refund don’t even work and they’ve stopped replying to my emails, STEER CLEAR

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company. When I realized I was losing followers instead of gaining i requested cancellation. They continued to charge me and refused to respond. I had to block them from my paypal account or they would be still charging me.

Highly agree with the other negative latest reviews. Started off pretty good (although a little pricey compared to other sites) I found the way they set it up was kind of confusing & unclear & I ended up paying more than they had made it seem like I would have to pay. Definitely over promised -so I do feel like I was scammed. I know that is natural for your following to go up and a little down & especially with all the changes Instagram has been making lately. They’ve been wiping away these type of accounts. Another really bad part is it’s not like other sites where you can login yourself and see your progress. Since i resigned up my account just been going down - yet I’ve been overcharged FIVE times. Then I asked for a chart or something that shows they’re even doing anything - then they ask me for my password bc “ALL OF A SUDDEN” they got kicked out. Which honestly makes me feel like they never even put me back on properly.

After I resigned up, every week they would charge TWICE (for FOUR weeks). I addressed it & they said they would instead just “credit” my account. But of course- next week got charged again. PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. I just want my money back at this point. I hope they don’t take anymore honestly I’m a single mom I can’t afford this.

If they would’ve just given me all the money back & fixed the problem - I wouldn’t be so annoyed.

For the first month this service was amazing, I grew almost 10k in actual followers and my engagement went through the roof. After that it was as if it suddenly shut off. I reached out and was told my account was “active” and that they would like to offer me a free upgrade to the follow for follow option. I declined and yet they began it anyway. All I got was a bunch of angry messages for unfollowing people. I reached out again after saying I wanted to retain my original deal and I did not, absolutely did not, want to do follow for follow. For the last few weeks they have not done anything with my account. And yet they were still charging me and saying my account was active I canceled today and they were quick to shut off the reoccurring payments and cancel as I had asked. Overall it was just a headache and not worth it to have to babysit them into doing the service they offered.

THIS IS A CON!!!!!

I PAID FOR THE MONTH, BY THE END OF THE FIRST WEEK I HAD NO REUSLTS AND THE WEB PAGE HAD CLOSED.

I've had a great experience with this service. They have excellent customer service, very communicative and the results have been fantastic. My IG seems to be growing and growing!

Completely fake.
They are saying you get 100-500 followers per week. Not at all. For me, I got about 20 for the first few days and then after 4-5 days later, those followers start unfollowing me. So everyday few followers and then more un-followers.

After I notice this I have informed them. Then they "OFFERED" me a so-called "follow-unfollow" service for "FREE" which they use my account to follow people and unfollow then after a few days. I completely refused that as that what they have done to me.

After 15 days of servce, I got about 30 new followers (another 20 may unfollow me in next few days) and this is exactly this company is doing.

Completely fake company.

I made contact with SocialSteeze last week and noted that they have a very good service to definitely growing your (my) account. They use a very effective strategy to catch real followers commenting and following people related with your profile (in my case, tattoo world). I want to see my account in a few months. Hope to get 20K followers as minimum 🙏🏽

I love the SocialSteeze experience as both an individual account holder, and in using it to grow a business account alongside an integrated marketing strategy. I cannot recommend this service highly enough!

They charge you ahead of time, then no matter what, you get an error when you try to link your social media accounts, then they request your login information via email. Once connected you get 1-3 fake accounts following you per day, far from what they claim. I request to cancel my account and get a refund and they tell you you are refunded but actually aren't. 2 weeks later, still not refunded and they keep telling me it's processing.

I love this site. My followers up within one hour. and price also very cheap. Thanks a lot.

I had 13.1 k followers at the start of the month and 13k followers at the end of the month, that I had set as a trial period.

Also the service I purchased promised an account manager. In the month of being with Socialsteeze, I received plenty of emails that where cut and paste, but not one single interaction/email from a real person.

Just a bit disappointing all round as their website talks a good game.
