Best learning experience by far. I have been using Social Care TV for…
I have been using Social Care TV for several years through my employer and found each module extremely informative, with the video element easy to follow and practical. Being on long term sick I have decided that my learning updates require keeping up with, so I have recently contacted Social Care TV to request how to do so. With a very quick response, almost immediate, I was advised of what my options were so that I was able to make decisions on how to follow that up. I have now purchased credits to enable me to carry on my learning process which I am very much looking forward too.

If you're using a Manager account in Social Care TV and want to cancel a course that hasn't been started:
- Go to Trainee Management
- Click on the trainee's name
- Tick the box next to the course you want to cancel
- Click Cancel Courses at the top of the page
If the course has not been started, the course credit is automatically returned to your account so you can use it for another enrolment. If the course has already been started, it cannot be cancelled.
On a mobile device, open the trainee's course list, tap the arrow beside the course, then select Cancel.
If you need further help with this, our knowledgeable team can talk you through step by step over the telephone. Simply call the team during business hours on 01953 853070 and they will be delighted to help. You can also contact them via LiveChat on the website and at: info@socialcare.tv
