Like many perfume lovers, I can't exactly afford to buy a full-size of every single scent I want to try, so I look forward to my subscription arriving every month. 8ml is an amazing size to fully get to know a scent over a few weeks before buying.

One time I got a duplicate when switching the type of subscription & customer support immediately insisted on sending me something else to make up for it.

Also they've now got eco-friendlier packaging instead of bubble wrap envelopes.

I was intrigued by the concept, so placed an order. It’s been 3 weeks, soon to be a month and I have not received my order. I have no tracking information to find out where it is. I tried contacting sniph via email and Instagram but have yet to receive a response. It is not worth the hassle. Avoid or use a subscription service with better customer service.

I will absolutely cancel my subscription as soon I receive a refund or my order.

I love the concept but I have had great difficulty redeeming a gift I bought for a friend. Having had to deposit a further 10p into their account to redeem the gift the code doesn’t appear to work. Other than email there is no way you can communicate and response times are poor - 24 hours later nothing.
