Send email to you & dhl. While at home I received an email that it had been delivered by the neighbour.. Same address as me!!!!- checked by all my neighbours but no shoes!!- customer service by you claims contact within 24 hours...PLEASE RESOLVE!

Bad quality sneakers
I ordered from their online store, everything was smooth with ordering and receiving the sneakers. That was until my new balance sneakers started to develop holes after less than 6 months after they were bought. The refund that was offered was 20% of the price. Really sad that this is how they treat their clients, never again.

I ordered a pair of shoes
I ordered a pair of shoes, at the end I did not like them and sent back the shoes. I was told to reject the package so it could go back to them a month has already past they do not answer my emails. I have already asked for a chargeback but they do not answer me back!

ordered sneakers (09/02/2022), and today already (09/05/2022). on the tracker of the site writes that they were not even sent. this is clearly some kind of joke, because I had already ordered sneakers before and they arrived the next day before one in the afternoon.
