Ordered an online shop on their app, item missing. Shop refuses to help at all contacted snappy shopper via phone & email, apparently they will not talk to customers over the phone and also they don’t reply to emails either. I won’t be using their app ever again due to no item no refund and sheer ignorance to reply back.

Sent out a discount code that didn't work I complained and got back a email asking for details I then replied and they ignored me worst customer service I've ever had

It is most annoying to get at least 4 phone calls one to say they have your order, another to say it has been despatched another to say it is 4 minutes away another to say the delivery man is at your door which is obvious as you have just answered the door.
The old system was much better when a local person delivered your order.The calls are not from you or the store but from the company who do the deliveries

Once again been offered a 5 pound voucher to use off a snappy shopper shop I do not wish to spend 15 pounds or whatever to receive a five pound off. My issue was with the 4 hour wait I would much rather Scotmid Inverkeithing improved their wait time and live up to their 30 to 60 miniute time they advertise. Still haven’t done anything to persuade me to use them again. Snappy shopper have responded to me saying they will be in touch with the store manager to ask for improvements to their delivery service and they hope the next experience will be a good one. This is pointless as this was also the response to earlier experience and it has made no difference at all.Nothing has changed my mind myself and family members will not use this service again . It would have to keep within their promised time advertised by them.It would seem they can not do this.once you can understand but not every time.

Ordered bread from snappy shopper it was use by dated for the next day. Ordered on June 30th use by 01 July. Also got some bananas they were basically mashed banana. Will certainly NOT be using this shop again

Quick delivery friendly staff

Used Greens of Crossford, Dunfermline. I ordered 2 loaves of bread on 21st June to find that they were both best before 22nd of June. A waste of money and were binned later that night. A jar of Blackcurrant jam was missing but still charged for. I received no receipt (paper or electronic). Also caught delivery driver crouching down at side of my house with my bags of shopping, was he going through the bags???
Also have him on camera leaving with things in his hand, but he was empty handed when I took my shopping bags from him.
Usually Greens are OK but this is a bit disturbing.

Day Today, Armadale Snappy Shopper is ALWAYS a great experience. The delivery driver is professional, polite and kind, as a disabled customer that is amazing. Every time he asks how I am. I know he will say that to everyone but it is something I appreciate. When using Snappy Shopper I always pick Day Today. Thank you so much.

The are scammers. They have deals on to encourage people to order. Was a 20 pack of crisps and
got 12. That happens all the time. Also my cigs was missing from my order. There was only a few things out of the full order that i received that wasn’t substituted for a completely different item .There attitude is disgusting!!

Edit also received my cigarettes 5hours after ordering, when I complained to the driver he said walk to the shop next time ya lazy bas***d. This is the worst thing anyone can call a disabled person. I was very upset

Lifestyle express church rd Birkenhead, I always used another well known shop but got sick of them not delivering etc etc so took a chance on this shop and can honestly say I'd recommend them to everyone, they're always on time or early and always so polite, 5* all the way

Snappy shopper did not notify regular shoppers that they will be ceasing deliveries for spar.
- Happy to take your money and orders for years-then telephone almost 2 hrs later after accepting order and money-to inform you delivery no longer in your area 😡
Too late to order elsewhere. Was informed delivery is going to cease totally for everyone.
No notice.! Disgraceful customer services .
The attitude of spar was ‘couldn’t care less!

Never had any issues until last night.
Ordered 3 small cartons orange juice and 4 pack budweiser got call to say substitute orange juice, order arrived and got 4 pack 300ml Stella yet I know I never ordered receipt and app said I did and they were £7.79 yet app says 4 pack Stella is only £5.25 sp obviously my order has been changed without knowledge. I know what I ordered and it wasn't that. Won't be using scotfresh via snappy shopper again.

Worst customer service. Was advised to wait 72 hours for the store to contact me and nothing. Emailed again to be told the store had delivered and to take it up with them. Ridiculous

First of all the snappy shopper register stores not honoring orders and they cancel all the confirm orders like jb premier store in Ashford

Snappy Shopper Bellsbank Dalmellington East Ayrshire, poor poor service constantly changing your items or forgetting items no refunds no way of contacting the shop .This service should be investigated by trading standards selling price marked items for more the the price mark

Snappy shopper bourton on the hill, Moreton in marsh. Constantly bring the wrong items. Cancel at the last minute. Rude when you ring them. Wouldn’t recommend a dog let alone a human! Should be shut down! Appalling customer service.

2 hours waiting for delivery. 1 item not delivered and had to phone about. Another not included and change just given in bags no phone call for other options.

absolutely shocking customer service, called up ask how long my order would be as I had to pop out, shop assistant gave me attitude said out with a driver so he didn't know, I said no need for the attitude then he hung up then, he then called me back saying he was with a customer at the time of the call, continued with more attitude had the audacity to then cancel my order, waiting on a refund.. he then said not to order again and to come to the shop and show me he had cancelled my order

Always perfect if not wee call problem resolved excellent service much respect
