Terrible Picture Quality & Worse Customer Service
Four orders placed in mid December for ornaments. EVERY ORNAMENT RECEIVED was late, pixelated, fuzzy and not at all what was promised on the order fulfillment page.
As requested in the "Refund" section of the FAQs, I uploaded pictures of the ornaments received into a folder on the website. The Chat representative absolutely agreed the ornaments were of substandard quality. I was offered replacements but given it is JANUARY, ornament gifts are no longer appropriate and I requested a full refund.
The Chat representative was unable to process a refund or allow me to "chat" with a supervisor who could authorize a refund of $114.25. Really? And he could not call me back after "discussing" with his supervisor(s) because Snapfish only supports Chat & email communication. I am beyond frustrated with this experience!
Puzzle with missing pieces
We received a puzzle picture as a Christmas gift. Loved the picture, the puzzle the quality of the puzzle and pieces a d the idea. But after working on the puzzle for days it was missing 3 pieces. I tried contacting them 2 times and now have read the reviews. Guess we lose and daughter-in-law loses. I wouldn't get anything from them again. Customer service is a joke.
Wrong pictures in my book
Ordered photo book as a gift, paid first class postage as needed for yesterday. Book arrived, front and back cover fine. Inside someone's holiday photos! Not friends wedding!!! If this had fell into the wrong hands it would be awful. It has young girls wearing bikinis in it. Major fail and data protection breach. Don't they quality check!! My son been in live chat with them and they don't even seem bothered!!!!!
Snapfish shipping charges are totally…
Snapfish shipping charges are totally outrages! I ordered over 40 ornaments in different groupings. Instead of charging me $14.99 and sending me for instance a group of 10 items. Snapfish chose to charge me $14.99 for each item shipped which totally discounts there supposed "coupons". This happens even if you order with plenty of time for Christmas arrival.
Additionally the quality of some of the items meant I could not use them the photos were so poorly developed even though when I sent them to Snapfish the quality was fine.
Lastly you can't even speak to a person to file a complaint or try to work with them on their outrageous shipping charges.
I HAVE BEEN A SNAPFISH USER FOR YEARS. AS OF THIS CHRISTMAS SEASON I AM TOTALLY DONE WITH SNAPFISH. THEY WILL NO LONGER BE RECEIVING MY BUSINESS.

No contact possible - zero customer service. Used them for many years with no issue. This year - order didn't arrive. No possibility to contact them. Live Chat is never open (despite advertising UK chat live from 11am to 3pm daily). Automated Chat Bot response to private message via Facebook site says use Live Chat. Impossible to get problem sorted or even to request refund. Appalling.
Nightmare Experience
I ordered 4 books as Christmas gifts for my grandchildren. I received one book that had my cover and back on it but somebody else’s pictures inside. Customer service is a nightmare!!!! You can’t speak to anyone directly only through chat or email.
This is such a breach of trust. It’s a privacy breach and also a breach of copyright ownership of the photos

I ordered prints of my son’s graduation. The prints are very bad quality, the photos came rolled up and are wavy in the picture frame. The worst part is that they took it upon themselves to do a touch up and put pink lipgloss on my son! Woke!!! No customer service is available, I tried.

We ordered Christmas cards for 12/22 delivery to a list of recipients. The cards arrived after Christmas, with horrible print quality, and if that was not bad enough, they inexplicably shipped a second time later to the same people, making us look like idiots in three different ways. We were 3x idiots to order from Snapfish. Never again.

First time I ever made an order on a website without checking trust pilot. BIG MISTAKE & NEVER AGAIN. I went through added the photos, shows the sizes I want and place the order then realize I forgot some photos within minutes. Minutes. I want you the order page and pressed on the cancel button multiple times. Look like it was canceled. But I saved the order number in case it wasn't. Place the new order and as soon as they were open I contacted them to make sure it was canceled. I was told I can't cancel outside 60 minutes. I clicked on cancel several times and it was their website. That was the problem, not me. But now they're refusing to refund my money. So I most likely I'm going to dispute the charges with my credit union and refuse any products that come. ALWAYS check with trust pilot first

Don’t trust the delivery dates. I ordered early enough to have a photo book for Christmas and got an email on Dec 23 from them telling me to make other arrangements if the book is a Christmas gift. So problematic.

Never using them again
I ordered a blanket for my mother in law for Christmas. I received an email on 12/12 that my order had been shipped and would arrive via USPS by 12/20. There was a tracking number included. I followed the tracking number and the status never changed-- label printed; pending package. I finally reached out to customer service live chat today (12/23) and was told I had no order on file. I had already gone online and noticed my account showed no order as well. I gave the person my order number and he finally said they did see my order but that it got "lost". He said even though the email said it was coming via USPS it was actually supposed to come via DHL, but they could not locate my package at all. He said he could place another order and "upgrade" it to priority. That still won't be here until well after Christmas. When I asked how they planned to keep this from happening with my new order he ended the chat and never answered my question. I did get an email saying I had another order placed with a $0 charge- so we'll see. After reading these reviews, though, I probably would have done better just cancelling the order and getting my money back.
No Customer Service Phone Number
To begin, I will say that snapfish.com produces very good to outstanding products, especially photo calendars you create with your own uploaded photos. Even the photos they deem low resolution come out fine in the final product. However, I have found 3 major issues with them.
1. I have been a customer for close to 15 years and have found that what was once a user friendly, intuitive program to upload photos and create various products has now become laborious, nonuser friendly and not intuitive at all. It's a big guessing game, and it took me many hours to master it, if you can call it that. Also, the graphic and text options are now extremely limited and difficult to navigate. Snapfish doesn't provide alot of options anymore. You are now working in a very narrow, constrictive framework.
2. Snapfish doesn't offer live customer service via an 800 phone number. There is next to no service unless you want to wait 30 minutes and wait for a live agent via chat whose name you can't pronounce because they've outsourced their CS to India or elsewhere. I'm still waiting for an ornsmentvto be delivered that was shipped Dec. 8th.
Unless things change radically, I won't be back.
