We had our new build snag survey and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received!

The report was detailed and highlighted key faults that we wouldn’t have known without this. Due to the swift survey we were able to get these actioned in time before we moved in which saved a lot of stress! The whole experience was professional and easy to fast and. I couldn’t recommend enough!

Amazing service! Able to book the survey within a few days which meant it was conducted before completion. Joe had good communication prior to the inspection and wrote an excellent and thorough report detailing all the snags alongside their position in the room, photos and what NHBC regulation this relates to. This was then forwarded straight to the developer. Couldn’t ask for more. Thanks Joe!

Booked a snagging survey for our new build house on Sunday evening. Joe arrived on Tuesday morning and completed a thorough and excellent review. Had a meeting booked at 2pm with the Site Manager, Joe made sure I had the complete report by 1pm. 59 pages and 71 snags uncovered. Passed to the Site Manager for action.

I cannot express how grateful I am to Joe for the excellent work he put in. I have peace of mind that my home is safe and not about to fall down around my ears. Very happy to recommend this excellent company

Website is out of date. Took deposit for booking in Manchester. Didn’t reply to whatsapp for 3 days (still no reply) then got an email saying they don’t operate in Manchester for the last few months.
Requested deposit back!

We recently hired Joe for a snagging survey, and his performance was nothing short of exceptional!!!
His attention to detail is remarkable, very professional, speedy in email response, welcoming to our questions, knows to 'reply all' to address both of us (which other companies don't do when we ask for quotations) - respectful and, again, detail-minded. The report is thorough and found out so many things that we didn't notice during the home demo. Can't praise him more, but I highly recommend Joe :)

We used Snagging Survey for our new-build home in Bedfordshire and I am very impressed with them.

Joe, who conducted our snag, was timely, friendly and no question was a stupid question. He was more than happy to explain anything I asked and delivered our full and very detailed report, complete with recommendations, in less than 48 hours, perfect timing to submit to the builder.

Only 4/5 stars because I didn't receive any form of booking confirmation or acknowledgment after reserving, a simple automated email saying 'we're looking into this and will contact you by phone' would have been helpful for me (personally). They did call me promptly after I contacted them directly.
