Hello, it seems this is a phishing attack, the domain you are using trigger Norton warning for scam URL. Also when we asked for proof of identity, we got nothing but this false text. Also we refunded the payment. Even though this has all the characteristics of a scam, Trustpilot will not remove this single star - thanks for nothing

Their SMTP service is blocked by email providers, making it absolutely useless, and their support is incompetent. Only use this service if you want to waste money and have undeliverable emails.
