Amazing service - Simon was called out by my dad after my son got stuck in a locked bathroom. Simon arrived very quickly after being called out on a Saturday night after 9pm and managed to unlock the door. My dad couldn’t speak highly enough of the service and quick response time.

Great experience - really quick call out (30 minutes). Excellent service from Mikhail. Avoided breaking the lock, as he was able to retrieve keys from table through the letter box with a magnet. Also sorted a couple of other lock issues inside. Very fair price. Nice man.

Mihai was incredibly helpful. We were quoted 30mins and he showed up in only 20mins. He was unable to open the door because it was faulty and not operating, and so he walked us calmly through our other options. Unfortunately, we had no window access or access through neighbors' flats, so our only option was to drill out the lock. He helped to describe why the lock was faulty and what the issues were, and then to suggest alternatives. SMS gave us the documentation we needed to show the landlord we had done our due diligence.

Mihai was so helpful. Locked ourselves out late in the evening. Mihai arrived within 20 minutes and talked us through our options. He was really helpful and replaced the lock in under half an hour. Gave us a really reasonable price for a big job.

Locked out of my house, called SMS and George was here within 45 mins. Was quick, efficient and clear with what needed doing - took all the stress out of being locked out. Would recommend.

I do not trust this business and would never use again. I was burgled and needed to have my door locks changed. George claimed he fitted British Standard Insurance Approved locks. One of the locks is now jammed and I have since found out it is a cheap imitation.
