I placed my order on 16th of May and up…
I placed my order on 16th of May and up until this day I didn’t receive my parcel. Customer service just tells me to wait. They can’t cancel my order. But wait for what? The order never came. I wait for the official 30 days since I didn’t receive my delivery and ask for my reimbursement. But this is outrageous.

Bad experience
I’ve made an order from their website on 16.05.2023. Since 19.05.2023 I have no update regarding my parcel. I’ve contacted the seller, they said I must wait for my parcel. So it’s on me to contact the delivery company to see what’s going on and if I’ll ever going to receive my delivery. Obviously bad experience.
