Awful service brought 5 photo calendars from wowcher was not able to make 5 individual ones they all had to be the same.
After ordering them on the 15th December I still have not received them my online account says in production. I have sent countless emails and phoned with no answer.
Spent over £40 and still have nothing to show.

Awful company. I wouldn’t even give them the 1 star. I ordered 2 books after purchasing through wowcher. Fine print stated £5.99pp. Both Christmas presents. I ordered first one late October & was charged £7.99pp. Received about 6 wks later- but at least in time for Xmas. The 2nd was ordered 2.11.18. I was charged £10.95pp. I received it today 11.1.19! In this time I have queries the postal charges , chased the orders , no one answers the phone, no one replied to emails. The live chat is not fit for purpose. No one is able to tell you anything, you are just told they will pass on your comments & someone will call. No one ever does. I received an email last week saying my order had been completed. 8 days later I received it! Postage charge £2.95! I have posted several comments on their Facebook page today- all have been removed. So they have time to do this, yet continue to ignore their customers & do not fulfill their orders in a reasonable & acceptable amount of time. I have complained to Wowcher via Reaolver about this appalling company. If only I’d looked a trustpilot as so many have experienced the same. But is used them a few years ago & had no complaints. Sadly things have drastically changed since then.
UPDATE- Warning - they are no longer trading yet still being advertised on these ‘voucher ‘ websites! Wowcher even acknowledged a comment yesterday on a trustpilot comment about it & yet today emailed me with a smiley hippo offer. I will never purchase from websites like this again.

I’m so furious. I ordered 5 calendars for Christmas presents for the family of my children at the beginning of December and still waiting for them. Nobody answers the phone, it just rings out. There is no response to email using the so-called customer support mail and the online live chat is as much use as a chocolate tea pot. They have had my money and now nothing. DO NOT USE SMILEY HIPPO FOR ANYTHING EVER. Even the CEO doesn’t respond to social media messages. Next step will be legal action - even though it’s onky for a small amount of money.

Ordered a photobook on December 5th, was supposed to take 9/10 working days. STILL waiting. Phone helpline just keeps ringing and emails have been ignored. Furious!! The least they could do would be to update with estimated delivery time. Never again will I use this company... and neither should you!

Do not bother! I also ordered my photobook with intention to give it to someone as a Christmas present. Ordered it on 1.12. and paied £8 for 5-7 days delivery and still didn't receive it untill today. Sent out 4 e-mails - now, two weeks later, still no response to a single one of them. Tried to contact costumer service through live chat where I been told that they having some system issues and assured me my order is in "good hands" which sounds really sarcastic to me. Also I have been told that they will contact me any time soon with updates. That has been three weeks ago. Today I tried to contact them once again just to be told exactly the same thing as last time..."they experiencing issues, but they working on it..my order is safe.. they will contact me soon" etc. After I mentioned that exactly the same thing they told me nearly a month ago, they just wished me A NICE DAY and simply closed the chat! Absolutelly rude! Unreliable service! I only feel sorry I didn"t read all of these comments before I placed my oder. Also been left without a Christmas present for member of the family.

Dreadful. I had used them before without any trouble, but this time it has wasted a huge amount of my time and been really frustrating. The online chat person wasn't able to answer a simple question about whichphotobook to use with a livingsocial voucher. After half an hour all she could do was say that she would get someone to call me. That didn't happen. I tried phoning 8 times - 6 not answered and twice it was engaged. I emailed and have still not had a reply (3 days later). I definitely would recommend not using them.

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star! Do not buy from them, go elsewhere. I ordered a photo calendar on 19th November 18, I finally received it on 31st December 18. It was a Christmas present, I sent umpteen emails asking where it was, not once did someone respond to my emails. I did manage to get through on the phone once and was assured that I would receive it before Christmas! I will never order from them again.

Ordered calendars in early December for Xmas presents and spent ages formating them and sorting pictures. So embarrassing that I was giftless for some family members including one who has now gone home to Australia so will have to now send it there, if it ever comes. No answer to calls or emails , disgusted!

Ordered a photo calendar on 26th November and still nothing received. No answer on the phone and no answer on email. Very bad service. I have used them before when they were fine, but certainly won't use them again.

Ordered Christmas tree photo baubles in November via an offer on wowcher and never received them. Nothing but lies, ignorance and false promises via communications from these con artists. I will be seeking legal action as this is theft on a large scale with so many not people recieving the goods and the company refusing to refund even though they know they have neither sent or even manufactured any products. Disgusting bare faced illegal activity.

I ordered 6 Christmas presents back in November. 5 Photobooks, including one for my brother containing photos of his wedding. I also ordered 1 calendar. As you know, it takes hours and hours of work. I have phoned, but it just stops ringing, I have sent at least 5 emails, no replies and have tried to engage someone on the live chat. I have used this company for years and they have always been excellent. I am disgusted that they can treat their customers like this, no communication whatsoever. Never again. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

I completed my order on 11 December with guaranteed delivery before Christmas and yes, still waiting. No reply to emails nor to messages left on their answerphone - they never answer the phone! This was also going to be a gift for Christmas not only disappointing but embarrassed that I was unable to give my brother his present that I had spent hours designing! Clearly, I guess you get what you pay for as I bought a Woucher and am now in the process of requesting a refund - I can't believe that Woucher have this company on their site!

I used Smiley Hippo 3yrs ago to create my wedding album & they were excellent. NOT ANY MORE!!
I created 2x wedding album photobooks for both my Dad & my brother & my orders have not arrived & were supposed to be Christmas presents. I ordered these towards the start of the month before “guaranteed Christmas delivery” & the shipping deadlines have been & gone, yet my orders still sits as “processing”.
LOOKING AT OTHERS’ COMMENTS, PEOPLE HAVE BEEN WAITING MUCH LONGER ON THEIR DELIVERIES!
They have not responded to emails, which is just rude & incredibly bad customer service.
I have since used TruPrint for a photo calendar & this arrived very quickly & at great quality.
LOOK AT TRUPRINT OR OTHER PRINTING COMPANIES INSTEAD!!
I may go through the bank or wowcher to get a refund & use another company, as it looks like they haven’t even started my order yet!
