I was disappointed to be charged…

I was disappointed to be charged monthly even though I had already canceled my plan two months earlier. I requested a refund, but the company said I was outside their 28-day refund window and could not receive one.

They offered me 24 months of free premium access instead, which I accepted rather than not getting any . However, I still believe the continued monthly charges were unreasonable because I had already canceled my subscription. I hope this issue does not happen to other customers.

Once you cancel your subscription, make sure to give them an email to make sure that the cancellation is confirmed.

The subscription was tricky

The subscription was tricky - it charged me automatically for something I didn’t want… but their customer service was quick to respond with a fix.
The app is a great idea, I see it could be useful, but the AI generated images often inaccurate.
