Super friendly, super clean, well maintained, great security and reasonably priced !

Bev in the office made everything go very well

Both Pat and Bev Fountaine ..... were the most helpful, and caring .... They made me feel that this was the best place to be.... Because of them I am so confident that the 'treasures to us' will be safe.
I don't think we have been able to pick a better place.

Bev and Pat are terrific! They are helpful and engaging. They even called me to tell me my lock was not secured correctly on my security door.

Great and friendly staffs going over and beyond to assist. No hassle, really flexible.

Owners were clear about all services they provide. My movers also had to return and leave a trimmer that was forgotten by them and the owners stored it for me until I could come by and pick it up.

Must Share, managers Bev and Pat... have hosted me in and out of their property since 2019. Their kindness has gone above and beyond for me. Personally I must share a of feeling of comfort and security.
I have rented from them at least three different times with my hard walk. These managers have always given such kindness.

The best part about this place are the Roseville on-site managers! They are wonderful people who provide excellent service , are friendly and make sure everything on the property is clean and safe. Great location. I’ve been here for 3 years, The only downside is the off site owners are price gouging people next year-$40 increase is not cool. If Bev and Pat weren’t here I’d be taking my money somewhere else.

Bev & Pat were both very friendly and helpful in helping me find the right unit to meet my needs. The site is clean and well kept, and offers good security. It is a good location and with good hours available for my use.

This is the best place to store your stuff, kind and friendly staff, the place is clean and tidy, this is my second time renting a storage unit from Roseville Storage, I was so happy the first time I renting a unit that I told my Niece that was having to move from Volcano to Seattle about this place and she is also renting a unit, all I can for more if I could give them 10 stars I would.

These folks are the best, good prices, clean storage units, easy to work with.

Great customer service! Assisted in a smooth move to storage in every way. Brought us cold water to keep us hydrated on a hot day without having to ask for it. Showed they cared about our health and safety. Really appreciated the attention. Thank you!
