Commercial agreement changed after first order

Our company previously purchased from this supplier and later attempted to place a second order. Unfortunately the supplier changed the commercial terms that had been agreed after the first transaction and refused to proceed under the original conditions.

This created a serious commercial issue for our company.

We had hoped to continue the collaboration and also discuss some technical aspects of the product, as we work with professional athletes where body composition measurements must be reliable and consistent.
