Excellent Customer Service
First, this is my first time ordering from Smartsaker. I was a bit leery but gave it a go. The wait was unusually long but I was not in any rush. I was in direct contact with Kaus from the customer service department. As it turned out my purchase was either lost or stolen. Kaus assured me I would get a full refund. And, I did. Thank you ever so much for providing excellent customer service. I plan to order again from Smartsaker as the company has such interesting useful items.
