Great guide, very insightful

I came away inspired after the Improving Digital Performance Summit 2021. I especially enjoyed the secrets of email marketing. The format with the two presenters worked well rather than just one person talking which kept the session engaging. Taking time out for the session gave me the headspace to think and be inspired and motivated about what improvements I can make within our omnichannel journeys. Just what I needed.

This is one of the most valuable tools I have invested in and has helped me get ahead in my career countless times. As a mostly self-taught marketer, I have made a point in prioritizing continued education, and the programs I have invested in have had varying degrees of value. I decided to sign up for Smart Insights when while I was navigating multiple clients with different needs and I realized I had some gaps in my skill set. Smart Insights gave me the knowledge and practical tactics that I needed to provide services that my clients needed. I recently upgraded to an annual plan and with an account manager who will help me navigate building new practices that I don't have experience in, and I am so looking forward to that process. Big shoutout to my Customer Development rep. Danny Golden for one of the most enjoyable customer experiences I've had in a long time. On top of offering an amazing product, it is so good to know that the people who are behind Smart Insights are authentic and believe in the value they are offering so completely (and such good salespeople and marketers themselves). Danny was also unbelievably helpful and patient in navigating an international wire transfer in the middle of the pandemic, when banks and payment walls weren't functioning properly. He went above and beyond to ensure I got started with my account. Couldn't recommend this product more highly!

The Covid and needs of consumers changes quicly their satisfaction, politics who serve and measuring are changing everytime, are necessary much efforts and resilience.
The difficult is to separate good comunication and fake news, the "street" is investing in a good team and tools well coordinateed.

Smart Insights is my first port of call when I'm looking for a new framework or simply new approaches to recurring challenges. It's a vast resource that's easy to navigate and consume. I highly recommend!

I've been using the site for a while and have completed a couple of courses. i like the way it's set out in a logical structure and it's simple to understand. The courses really build upon knowledge gained in the previous section. If I could have one wish, it would be for more mini quizzes - I think they help keep learners engaged.

I've had a successful career in marketing and management for 25+ years for business of all shapes and sizes and this is by far the most clear, data-driven, forward-thinking information that helps me do my job better every day.
