I had an excellent experience with Ratisha at Smarter Business. She went above and beyond to help me resolve ongoing problems with my previous energy supplier, EDF, which had unfortunately escalated to a debt collection agency.
Ratisha was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Her communication was always clear, prompt and efficient and she kept me updated. She made what had been a very stressful situation much easier to deal with.
