The company was very responsive and installed the security cameras 5 days after I ordered them.
The installation team arrived on time and were very courteous and helpful with advice about location of cameras and box.
The installation went very smoothly and took about four hours. They helped me install the mobile app on my phone and demonstrated that the system worked perfectly, I am delighted with the new system and the clean tidy installation. First class!

Very Impressed with service i got from Smartech Security. I had the latest 4k cctv installed at my parents house and from start to finish everything went very well. I can be a quite a fussy customer as i do a lot of research on products i buy/ install and have to say Jo is very knowledgeble about alarms/ cctv etc and really knows his stuff. I questioned him quite a bot about what pros and cons of alarm products and he managed to answer all my questions well and took time out to answer them. He even come and helped me with my cctv system in my house a few doors down that i had installed a yr before by someone else. Also is very clean tidy and courteous when doing the work. would definitely recommend and will be getting him to fit an alarm and cctv system in my new house i bought. Prices also very reasonable. Well done Jo and wife and keep up the good work.
