Hugely Efficient
I had to do a transfer quickly into our Italian bank account. Danny was able to help me extremely quickly and efficiently and made the whole process hugely easy. I will continue to use Smart Currency Exchange for all of my foreign transactions.

From my initial inquiry they were very helpful and spent time explaining my options for spot rates and forward dated rated rates. Always had lots of time to talk through where currency rates stood. The actual process of transferring funds was straight forward and easy to do. Can't fault them. Great service. Friendly and helpful.

Despite a long and complicated sale…
Despite a long and complicated sale procedure the transfer of funds was completed within hours of my Bulgarian estate agent depositing the proceeds of sale with Smart. My representative kept in touch by phone regularly throughout the waiting period (proving heirs and their identities etc.,) and I was guided through the transfer quickly and clearly when the sale was complete. It was such a relief to have one less stage in the process to worry about.
