Technical Hitch
The personal service was much appreciated, but the exchange rate didn’t match my usual service provider.
Also there was a technical problem which delayed my transaction going through.

I have never made a currency exchange before & felt completely out of my comfort zone.

Mixed review
I got a good rate, however the transaction was not followed through. My funds were stuck and no one notified me. I had to call up 4 times before my funds were finally released. It was stressful as I also had received an email on Easter Monday to say the funds had not arrived in their account and no one could confirm where they were until the next working day. A large sum coming from abroad had potentially gone astray, unnecessary stress. A good rate, however poor after care.
