I've never been involved in this semi-automated and online experience before for conducting a pre-employment health screening service, so was very interested to see how it works as an employee. I was most impressed with the technical and online aspect of the service. Very fast and efficient, with no glitches and sensible level of questions and simple and relevant ways to answer. And the final interview was extremely professional, human and highly engaging. Not a "tick box" way of working, but a good one to one experience between professionals. I had an pre-placement screening with Smart Clinic ahead of starting a new job. I was very impressed with how the clinician took time to fully understand my medical condition, without judgement. The clinician also took the time to listen to my role and the work environment to fully understand if any reasonable adjustments were needed. The report was clear, concise and fair.
