Small Giant Games is an absolute scam. Their game is a disaster—completely focused on squeezing money out of players with no regard for the gaming experience. They never listen to their community, and their approach is shockingly unprofessional on every level. The company is toxic, irresponsible, and shows no respect for their players. The game is essentially a cash grab, filled with deceitful mechanics designed to push you into spending more money. Avoid at all costs

Lost my account due to changing telephones from android to apple. Started new account to let alliance know and to contact support then was denied access back to an account that I have played for 5 years and gotten to level 86 crazy.

Of all the games that I have ever played this is one of the worst, the algorithms to generate the shields used in the battles is the worst possible combinations for your team, it is biased against the players, and the player is at the mercy of the algorithm, not opposing players, it is expensive, and not worth the time. This is not a skill game, it is a luck of the draw game.

they cheat their clients over and over again. you can purchase higher level heroes but know that they adjust the stats on raids against much lower level players. you may lose once in awhile, that makes sense, but not over and over again. they charge you big bucks, then thumb the nose at you. I quit for a year, then went back and it's still the same. it will never change.

They encourage gambling and scam players.

honestly someone should hire an attorney and do some investigating on this company. they give you false announcements while setting up their bots just to get more money out of players. this should be illegal!!!

This company makes a quiet good game but only for paying cash players, without money you can't play their game over a month. Everyone curses them, the devs and CEO of SG should hang themselves. Angry emoji

Company is a scam. Lying and cheating about the game mechanics to rape the international community of their money. Creators and employees need to be dropped to the bottom of the ocean. Smallgiant will be the reason Zynga will be in court again soon for this disgusting fraudulent atrocity.

Utterly bad company and "slot casino" rigged game. Algorithm especially in raids works for devs cpu controled favor, trying to persuade u to spend spend spend and again spend. Avoid this plague if you value your money don't give it to them! Use it for something more more important that game who stinks of plague!

Bad management of the game bad customer service. My advice is to never download the game it's falling apart slowly. Plus to enjoy it you will need to pay hundreds a month.
