Been buying all my appliances from Slyman’s for years!
Your new showroom is very tastefully done. The sales people listen to my concerns and then suggest.

I had a Speed Queen delivered that was faulty and they sent another new one out. Same thing with the second one. They were selling machines with defective parts. Both machines wouldn't drain. I was told to call AAA Appliance to fix it and when the tech came out he spent over an hour and he couldn't fix it. I called Slyman and said I wanted a GE instead and they said it would take a couple of weeks. They were not happy with me even though they are the ones selling defective washers.

Trent Hohman was great. Quickly got what we wanted at a good price. Delivery guys were also friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them over the big box stores!

I was extremely impressed with the service, and when I made a mistake on my order, I called and the modification was done and acknowledged within about minutes. They have excellent product expertise and worked closely with us to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted.

The only problem I have with my refrigerator is that there is not a light where you get your ice and water to see how full things are

I walked in, told the salesman what I wanted/needed for my new home, and within just a few minutes I was purchasing my refrigerator. Easy, no pressure. Jake was a very knowledgeable salesman who helped by answering all of my many questions helping to steer me into the perfect appliance for my needs. I would highly recommend Slyman Brothers for appliance purchases.

2020 was unlike any year I have ever experienced. We ordered all new kitchen appliances and then the Pandemic hit. We received all of our appliances with the exception of the GE Refigerator. No problem, we are remodeling the entire kitchen. NOBODY, including Slyman Brothers is getting refigerators! Many months later it arrives & they put it right in it's place. GOOD JOB!!

Great customer service. Shall we say that 2020 was an extraordinary year. EVERYTHING was impacted by the Pandemic. The wait for our new GE Refrigerator was excruciating long. But Slyman Brothers was at the mercy of the factory. When they received it, they promptly installed it!

Josh and everyone at Slyman are very good to work with. They have outstanding product knowledge and worked well with us to make sure what we purchased was the right fit.

We are replacing kitchen appliances as part of a kitchen renovation. After we decided which models to buy, we took the list to Slyman Brothers to see what they could provide. Without trying to steer us to another brand or model, Bob Slyman gave us prices and explained whether each appliance was in stock or had to be ordered. He was very courteous and answered all of our questions regarding delivery, installation, and hauling away of old appliances. We won't ask for delivery for a month or two, but we feel confident that this is a reliable dealer that we can trust. The prices were competitive (actually a little cheaper) that we found elsewhere.
