Not sure how I missed this company when searching for Relax Wardrobe shelves. Ended up getting the shelves from Wayfair which was not a good experience as they supply only the shelf no fittings which made them an expensive buy. So needing to buy the fittings, found this company. The items were reasonably price, the delivery cost was reasonable and they came 2 days after ordering. So 5 stars.

Excellent service and advice from start to finish.
Product as per description.
Slightly damaged item replaced with no quibble.
Calm and efficient under commercial pressure.
Thoroughly recommend.

I have had a very happy experience with Slide wardrobes direct from start to finish. It was a large order of four fitted wardrobes all differing in size and specification, however nothing was too much trouble and they arrived promptly and efficiently. The quality of the wardrobes exceeded my expectations and they were all fitted relatively easily in less than 2 days. Thank you so much I couldn't be happier.

I was looking for a specific size of doors to house a fold down wall bed of the shelf sizes just weren’t wide enough, made to measure was the only way to go so I was nervous of price. How wrong could I be ended up cheaper for four doors made to measure than any I found online in shops or other similar sites.
The care of after sales was amazing. I was nervous about fitting myself (single mum) but after a pep talk from customer service and using their easy to understand instructions I don’t know what I was worried about it was really straightforward. The pre cut tracks fitted like a glove and the finished product looks amazing

Absolutely excellent service throughout. Manufactured and delivered by SWD in under 2 weeks . I was kept fully informed throughout and delivery was within the one hour time scale advised. The quality of the wardrobe doors are of a high standard and look great.

Superb service from start to finish. I found the designer and instructions easy to use and the help and service provided by Slide Wardrobes Direct was brilliant. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner and delivery was quick - less than 2 weeks from start to finish. Loved the finished product and fitted beautifully in the space we had for it. I have used Slide Wardrobes Direct recently for a bedroom cupboard conversion. The end to end process could not have been easier, and the customer service has been outstanding. Fantastic service! We ordered during the Covid 19 pandemic, which had no impact at all. Simple ordering process, fast manufacturing and delivery. Approx 2 weeks from start to finish! Great contact from the company from ordering until arrival. We went for the Eclipse range and when fitting the doors, one of the runner wheels got caught and snapped off. We contacted the company on a Friday to inform them and received the new wheel by the Monday. I would highly reccomend! Our doors were extremely big and they were a lot cheaper than any other website could offer, this worried me at first as I suspected maybe average quality. However, I am so pleased with the amazing quality.

Delivered as promised and very good service. They fitted perfectly and the only slight criticism is the instructions for the soft close fittings which unless you have seen the video are not very clear. The doors however are perfect and slide beautifully. Many thanks also for the extra soft closure which has now been fitted.

We ordered £1400 pounds worth of sliding doors 4 days before lockdown was announced - I thought I might not see the doors as the company would close down. I received a phone call saying they would be delivered in two days time. We received them today service 5*. Can't praise this company enough for the quick turn around and delivery. The quality and workmanship was excellent. Got them fitted tonight. Quick an easy to install. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Being able to design, see a 3-d image and download to make sure all is right, was terrific. Help on the 'phone was quality and information about delivery was very good, as the timings were what happened. The deliverer gave some useful tips, which made the assembly more straightforward. The materials were extremely good and accurate. Would suggest the instructions are revised so there was no chance of starting in the wrong order. but, a minor issue. Because of the great experience of using this company it'll be up there in the memory for any future use and to tell others.

The service and consultation was beyond that which was accepted and the product is exactly as described couldn't be happier

I used this company for some additional parts and rails to extend my existing wardrobe .I received great communication from start to finish which included all my queries .The prices where very good in comparison to others .I arrange to collect and the lads in the warehouse were also very helpful.Great service
