Very dissapointing

Ordered using QR code, entrees and mains, selected options for mains that other food was also ordered. First entree comes out and so does everything else (except the easiest entree, garlic bread). I said we weren’t ready for mains as entree had only just arrived and was informed we had no choice because all our food was ready (table of 5). I didn’t wish to eat cold pizza (my main) and was told that at that point it wasn’t cold, derr! but I’d like to eat the entree first. One of my sons had to eat his main leaning across to the side because then there’s also no room on the table. Garlic bread eventually arrives black as charcoal and placed down like nothing’s wrong. They did refund that, it was no longer required after the rest of the food. My pizza was taken home as after eating only a piece it was then stone cold. Staff advised using the QR doesn’t always send entrees first even though there’s options when ordering that you’ve ordered other food. You should let patrons know this and perhaps just use common sense. We were there for my son’s birthday food rushed out and forced on us all at once, we were in, done and home within the hour, definitely not a nice and relaxing birthday dinner. Really annoyed at our option to dine there for a special occasion.

The new Slices in Doreen is great

The new Slices in Doreen is great, I’ve been there quite a few times now and the service has been consistently friendly and attentive. Even when they’ve been busy your food and drink still comes out quite quickly.

The pizza/pasta basics are what you’d expect for the pricing.

The brekkie menu is delicious though and is available until 1pm!
