Very Responsible and Patient Company
They walked me through steps to fix battery every day for three days. They responded quickly and are sending a replacement. They searched for and found my transaction and honored the warranty. Great level of service.

Faulty controller
Order arrived and the controller would not charge. Went through 'troubleshooting' process but the controller still wouldn't charge. Sent numerous messages to explain this, only to receive an email instructing me to do as I had already done. Sent another 6 emails requesting a returs form and a refund... still waiting for a reply with a returns form to return the faulty goods...
Extremely disappointing aftercare and customer service support. Terrible company to deal with considering how expensive their products are.

Item not delivered within timeframe…
Item not delivered within timeframe provided. Have now been told that it is held in customs and that we need to pay the tax upfront to get the item. We could then be refunded for the tax. Alternatively we have to wait for the item to be sent back before we receive a refund. Absolutely ridiculous

Ordered from UK site, recommended and link sent from Slendertone customer services.
4 weeks on £200 down, no refund or product.
Contact and information from Slendertone is poor. Many different proofs from courier that it has not been delivered before they stopped just emailing back item has been delivered (several times before they conceded it hadn't been).
Leaving this review as a last resort to get it resolved.
